Calidez y amabilidad en un lindo entorno de campiña
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, el entorno y las vistas. La vista desde la habitación es divina!. Explican todo perfectamente y te hacen sentir en un clima muy familiar y cálido, tanto en recepción como en almuerzo/desayuno.

Cons:

Podría mejorar el nivel de las instalaciones (ducha, ascensor, entorno de la piscina y spa). No hay una estética homogénea.

Pros:

Buona la posizione per visitare Cortona, colazione ottima, staff gentile ma inesperto (soprattutto in reception), stanza grande e pulita

Cons:

Nessun intrattenimento serale, l' unica sala comune la sera è chiusa. Gli spazi comuni (spa, giardino) necessitano miglioramenti (la piscina della spa presenta incrostazioni e in alcune zone del giardino ci sono lavori in corso ). La seconda piscina è chiusa per "fine stagione".
La camera, grande e pulita, presentava una perdita nel condizionatore, che non è stata risolta.
Ristorante accettabile ma troppo caro.
In generale la struttura è troppo cara per la qualità dei servizi offerti e sicuramente non è una struttura " luxury" come si presenta.

Costa più di un All inclusive alle Maldive
Pros:

Posizione comoda per visitare i dintorni e struttura immersa nel verde.

Cons:

Quasi totale assenza di servizo wifi e tv, presenza di attrezzatura lavorativa esterna che rovina l'esperienza (foto), costo in rapporto al servizio completamente fuori misura. In generale non sembra proprio un 4 stelle.
Con queste cifre si pernotta in alta stagione in un 5 stelle alle Maldive, all inclusive.
Anche l'esperienza al ristorante è stata non adeguata rispetto al costo sostenuto.
Dispiace perchè la struttura avrebbe comunque un bel potenziale

Non c’è una cosa non positiva, dalla location spettacolare, camere pulitissime e super confortevoli dotate di ogni comfort possibile, cibo super per la ricerca di prelibatezze locali e italiane, super chef, colazione super abbondante e con ogni tipo di prodotti ricercati e di qualità superiore,attenzione alla cura dei dettagli e personale super cortese e disponibile
