Fantastisch, en precies wat je nodig hebt en wilt als je op vakantie bent

De locatie, en het personeel.

Cons:

Eigenlijk was alles fantastisch. We hadden een hele grote suite en die ruimte was insaneeee. Ik moet wel zeggen dat het een iets modernere upgrade zou kunnen gebruiken maar was het was schoon. Dus absoluut niet storend. We komen zeker terug!

Shame that it's getting so run down & tired, used to be a beautiful hotel
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, and all the food, both the breakfast and the al a cart sun terrace restaurant was fabulous. BUT, the poor hotel is clearly run down and in need of some love.

Cons:

The access to the beach is through the closed up shopping and other facilities area, it felt sad, like walking through a grave yard. I stayed here 20 years ago, and it was a vibrant high end hotel, now, it feels shabby and run down. I feel very sorry for the staff, as they are so happy and work so hard.

La disponibilité du personnel .

Cons:

Les conditions constatées sur place sont manifestement incompatibles avec le niveau de standing et de prestations attendu d’un établissement commercialisé comme un hôtel 5 étoiles, compte tenu notamment de son état, des travaux en cours, de l’ascenseur hors service et de la fermeture de plusieurs infrastructures.
La moquette de l’entrée principale dans un état extrêmement mauvais …etc ..

Un très grand décalage manifeste entre le standing annoncé lors de la réservation et les conditions réellement constatées sur place

Gran atención del personal.
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal. El personal consigue que te sientas como en casa, incluso estando el hotel en una situación delicada. Son grandes profesionales, siempre atentos y amables, y hacen que la estancia sea muy agradable. Su dedicación y trato cercano marcan la diferencia.

Cons:

Las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación; se nota el paso del tiempo y agradecerían una renovación.
