Great location
Pigeons. We were in the basement with a window. Pigeons were noisy and dirty.

The rooms are comfortably sized and come with a kitchenette and washing machine. The location is ideal, just a five-minute walk from the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly.
The continental breakfast was disappointing and overpriced. Cafés, Waitrose, and Tesco are just 200 metres away, making it easier to buy your own coffee and sandwiches. We drove and asked front desk for parking advice, and none could provide any credible information.
Location is superb. Staff is generally nice - in particular the guy who stays in the reception. The ladies are not very friendly.
I thought there is a lot of noise from the pipes. So if you are a light sleeper, it may be difficult for you.
Spacious room. Good amenities. The staff is very nice and try their best to accommodate and fix any issues straight away. My towel rack was broken and they fixed it instantly but they were not able to fix the exaustor on the bathroom
The breakfast is not worth it, nothing hot only cold options. The room is also a bit noisy despite the double window the road is very busy and like most buildings in London you can hear people walking upstairs. The rooms are also not very dark and light comes in trough the drapes

Fabulous location; very quiet rooms, incredibly helpful & nice staff, great AC as it was very hot outside

Location and room size
No maintenance. The shower was broken and there was water leaking outside the shower area. It was not repaired despite we requesting several times. They did not give us fresh towels as well.
