I might be a little picky, because it's a no for me.
Pros:

It's well located, there are several transport options in a short walk. The guy at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

If you're on a budget this place could work. But honestly the rooms are pretty basic and not very likeable. They can get pretty hot and in my room it seemed like the A/C wasn't working.
