Mes sandales on était volé il n’y pas de lumière le soir le personnel m’a facturé un taxi 90€ alors que je n’étais pas parti avec je n’avais rien confirmé je voulais juste le prix je sensé pas à l’accueil pour confirmer le taxi il est venu et mon fait payé le matelas n’était pas confortable

Difícil, el servicio de recepción fue óptimo, incluso habíamos olvidado reservar otro dia y en ese mismo momento la chica muy gentil nos lo reservo , las habitaciones increíblemente grandes y confortables , todo impecable y limpio, el desayuno variado y fresco , los croissants super ricos y todo lo demas tambien, la gente del petit dejauner trabaja muy bien , la piscina super limpia y mantenida , todo muy lindo, esperamos volver en julio si dios quiere!!

Cons:

Lo que no me gusto es que haya sido todo tan perfecto, queria guardar algo para poder criticar pero no encuentro nada para decir.

Loved the view. Walk in shower. Bed. French doors. Access to multiple beaches. Pool. The staff was exceptional!!!

Bon séjour au calme, chambre très agréable, personnel d'entretien super sympa
Pros:

Déjeuner et chambre de bon niveau, personnel sympa, bel établissement en général et pas trop grand. En revanche il faut une voiture pour accéder aux chambres car elles sont pour certaines très loin de la réception.

Cons:

Plage le Bikini Beach à éviter. Le premier soir, la réception nous a orienté vers soit disant le seul bar/restau ouvert le soir. Sauf qu'en arrivant (18h50) on nous a dit que un air assez arrogant qu'on ne pourrait boire qu'un verre et que l'hôtel disait n'importe quoi. A peine servi on nous a demandé de payer, alors que le bar était plein de gens qui connaissait visiblement le barman. Nous avons eu l'impression de déranger, et c'était très déplaisant. Nous sommes partis alors que l'établissement ne fermait pas de sitôt nous avons juste dérangé... Bref ne perdez pas votre temps ici, poussez plutôt au Kontiki ou alors rendez vous sur d'autres plages type le Rainbow, à Grand Case, bien plus pro et avec du personnel qui donne l'impression d'avoir envie de faire des choses pour ses clients.
