Location is excellent nearby the attractive area and Catania University. Breakfast is typical italian.
It is so difficult to connect to internet through WiFi. I couldn't work using WiFi and even sent message from handphone. The temperature (the room is at 4th floor) is high so that I couldn't sleep well. I complained for several times, nobody solved the problem.

Le stanze sono decisamente troppo buie e le luci non funzionavano tutte, il che rende tutto ancora più scuro. La qualità del cibo della colazione era molto buona, ma devo fare un appunto importante sulle bevande. Il cappuccino con il latte a lunga conservazione non è possibile che sia proposto in un hotel italiano di questo livello. Per me questo pregiudica molto il giudizio sulla colazione purtroppo
The location was amazing and the staff really professional.
I booked a three‑bedroom, and the single bed was a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable. The mattress was nearly nonexistent and I could feel the springs against my back, so I couldn’t sleep properly. In addition, the bed sheet was not clean and the toilet brush was dirty.
Breakfast was disappointing: there was very little choice and the quality was poor. It would have been better to go to a local bar, which would probably be cheaper and much higher quality. Overall the rooms need maintenance, especially the bathroom area where the bath was heavily scratched and the ceiling vent was barely attached. Considering this is a four‑star hotel, I found the experience very disappointing. The staff were very professional and polite, and they acknowledged my complaints.

Rest all is totally avoidable.
Dirty bathrooms, poor maintenance, dirty floors & carpets.
Looks like it survives only on tour groups which are there just for 1 night.
Do not stay here!! The lobby looks ok but the rooms are nasty. The shower door literally fell on top of me during my shower, the bathroom is dirty- and I mean dirty- smells like old urine. The beds are hard as rocks. The whole place needs a makeover. 4 stars is a joke!
I stayed here 4 nights with an OAT small group tour. They claim to be a 4 star hotel. I would give them 3 stars at best. Dated rooms, mold on the bathtub caulking, thin/non-existent pillows. They claimed to have a rooftop terrace, but the door to the terrace was locked and even the door handle was missing. WiFi was unusable in my room and even the reception. If you need reliable internet access don’t stay here. The hotel has many rooms with one small elevator. We had 5 people in the elevator and the door opened between floors. Frightening. If guests are going to multiple floors once someone presses a floor number it goes there first. If someone ahead of you hits the 3rd floor and you are on the 2nd you’re stuck going up to 3rd before the elevator even allows you to press 2. The only redeeming factors were an excellent location and good breakfast.
