Pros:

It would have been great if there are options for vegetarian. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It would be good if there are more activities we can do there at this season. The sweet treats and coffee were very welcoming to our late and cold arrival.

Cons:

There isnt much we can say to this as we did not stay too long.

Location. Public areas.

Cons:

A b and b is best when it is a personal experience with the inn keepers and fellow guests. Self check in is hardly personal.
The public areas were very nice.
Our room overlooked rte 340. It felt like we were outside right next to the road. The building isn't soundproof at all. Every vehicle that passed us was very loud. Yes, they do have a jar of ear plugs on the night table. Do you want to use them to get a restful sleep?
The room looked nice. But the bed tagged in the middle. This is bad for a side sleeper. The memory foam topper cannot correct a sag.
The small refrigerator on the right side of the bed was very noisy and right next to you.
The room was too hot. There was no temperature control. You could have opened a window. But it was raining. And if you did, the passing vehicles would have sounded like freight trains.
We were awake at 3:30. We couldn't sleep. We had a long drive ahead of us. Facing the choice of waiting until 8 am for breakfast or just leaving then, we opted to leave at 4:20 in the morning.

Pros:

The location was good. Did not like that staff was not available in person. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Because of new health issues, i neglected to ask for ground floor accommodations. I am 69 yr old woman who could not do stairs and was booked an extremely small room on third floor. I managed the first night although did not get much sleep. Room was clean but cold and bed extremely uncomfortable.

Pros:

I love how quaint it is and the amenities that come with it. Our room was comfortable and was decorated with a cute Christmas tree. The breakfast was delicious as usual.

Cons:

Wish there was a small fridge in the room.

The server at breakfast was outstanding. Food was plentiful and taxty. Thanks for the ftesh fruit and drink options!

Shower lever needs plumber's attention. Tub floor was unsafe--,no rubber mat and no grab bars.

Lovely, peaceful and safe space to unite with nature and all Lancaster has to offer.
Pros:

The Manor is located in a peaceful and tranquil setting, with chickens, goats and nature just outside your doorstep. I like that I could go right to my room without having a desk check-in and parking was just outside my door for very easy offloading of luggage. It was quiet and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

The room was a wee bit small but also quaint. More electrical outlets would be a plus but for one night it was good enough.

The breakfast and hot tub made this a great stay.

Very good loaction in a fine old manor that is much better than average
Pros:

The Automated check-in and correspondence worked fine, the room was well presented and clean and the common areas of the house including free coffee/tea etc were same. Generous cooked breakfast was a great start to the day and the location is a easy walk to the Farmers Market and Smorgasbord.

Cons:

The front gate sensor did not open for a motorcycle and the AC arrangement in the 'Barn' rooms needs a bit of an adjustment so that one doesn't freeze while another be too hot. Not a big one.
