für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht ausreichend sauber, daher eigentlich zu teuer

in der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab und der Bereich der Toilette roch streng, selbst wenn man eigenständig nochmal geputzt hatte, Handtücher waren nicht in der ausreichenden Anzahl der Personen da und das jeden Tag auf s neue
