Merchant House Hotel has a great location
Pros:

Location. Comfortable bed. Wonderful and helpful staff.

Cons:

Sewer smell in the bathroom. I booked a suite, which usually comes with two rooms. However, my room was a large room with couches and chairs in the same room. It was ok but not what I expected.

Drei schöne Tage!
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Jonathan für den "Park-Service" ;-) Unser Zimmer lag mit Fenster zum Innenhof, sehr ruhig gelegen. Außer den Möwen die ab und an nicht zu überhören waren. Die Betten waren bequem, das Bad sehr groß. Die Badewanne ein Hingucker! Das Frühstück war übersichtlich aber gut. Eier, Omelette etc werden auch Wunsch fix zubereitet. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Da fällt mir aber nix ein, was das Hotel betrifft. Ein Hinweis zur Anreise: Aufgrund von Durchfahrtbeschränkungen kommt man nicht direkt bis zum Hotel. Google Maps führt da möglicherweise etwas in die Irre.

Kleines Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage in Tallinn.
Sehr nette Begrüßung und freundliches Personal.
Das Zimmer war etwas klein,aber für kurzen Aufenthalt völlig okay

Cons:

Das Bad wurde nach der Benutzung sehr nass.

Excellent historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Tallinn
Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff, gave me lots of ideas of places to visit and restaurants. Also helped with luggage.
Excellent breakfasts with hot dishes cooked to order.
Superb location near Town Hall Square.
Good value.

Cons:

As an old historic building it has lots of stairs.

Pros:

Perfect location just minutes from the town square. My room was right by the historic merchant's mural on the wooden ceiling which was a great way to start my visit in Tallinn. Staff was incredibly helpful and had great suggestions.

Great location, fabulous staff, beautiful city to visit.
Pros:

Location was great and staff were very helpful.
Big room and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was too warm and no aircon, but it was an old building, too many stairs we were not expecting (no lift), the rooms were ‘tired’ in need of an upgrade

Die Lage ist fantastisch, die Ruhe ebenfalls, ein herrlicher Innenhof. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter ein Traum. Das Frühstück fanden wir gigantisch! Alle Eierspeisen die wir uns wünschen könnten! Wann in Talinn immer wieder!

Die zentrale Lage. Architektur des Mittelalters. Es ist ein Erlebnis nur durch die Gänge des Hotels zu gehen (Deckenholzfresko). Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück. Die Sauna. Freundliches Personal.

Hotel ottimo per chi vuole visitare la città vecchia
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, in un palazzo storico.

Cons:

Le tende non erano oscuranti, l’abbiamo segnalato alla struttura e ci hanno assicurato che avrebbero provveduto.
Il bagno è datato: il rubinetto si muove, la doccia con la tenda, la tavoletta di plastica, porta scorrevole danneggiata.
TV piccola e non funzionante, anche se in una città come Tallinn la tv è l’ultimo dei problemi!
