Pros:

Lovely hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful (a special mention to the Ukrainian lady). Very comfortable room.

Cons:

A shower screen would have been useful to keep water off the floor.

Sijainti oli hyvä,henkilökunta kohtelias,aamiainen kohtalainen,maksoi 15 e.

Cons:

Hotelli ei sovi liikuntarajoitteisille, hotellissa ei ole hissiä ja hotellissa paljon portaita mm meidän huoneessakin oli.Huoneemme kokolattiamatto oli kulahtanut ja ilmastoinnin puuttuessa haimme respasta pöytätuulettimen.

Zimmer hat nichts mit dem abgebildeten Zimmer im Vorderhaus zu tun,
Zimmereinrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer sehr warm, Lüftung im Bad nicht funktionsfähig,

Ainutlaatuinen majapaikka Tallinnan vanhassa kaupungissa
Pros:

Hotellin sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa on erinomainen. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Jokainen löysi itselleen sopivaa ja tilattavaa löytyy. Aamiaishuone vanhan kauppiastalon kellarikerroksessa oli ainutlaatuinen. Aamiaisella pääsi vanhan hansakaupungin tunnelmaan.

Cons:

Kaikki toimi hyvin ja odotetusti.

A memorable, cozy stay in the heart of old town!
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful reception! The room was cozy and big, great location and service at breakfast was heartwarming.

Cons:

The toilet was lacking a sink, since the bathroom was in a separate corner of the room. I understand this is because of a very old building with possible plumbing restrictions though, but would have been extremely handy to have a running water for washing in the toilet :)

There is no better location to explore the old town. The staff is lovely and some of the most comfortable beds I've experienced. Amazing huge bathroom with posh amenities

Viihtyisä sympaattinen hotelli aivan keskustassa
Pros:

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen aivan keskellä keskustaa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huone oli sympaattinen. Käytimme alakerran saunaa joka suomalaiselle oli ”hauska”. Aamupala oli monipuolinen.

Rappusia oli paljon ja sokkeloisia käytäviä.

Vi har vært på dette hotellet noen ganger tidligere og liker oss godt der, men det er vel modent for en god oppussing nå

Sentralt, meget hyggelig og serviceminded personale.

Cons:

Frokost var priset for høyt i forhold til innhold. Dusjen var vanskelig å bruke siden en måtte klatre oppi et badekar som sto på badet. Det var ikke noe forheng på dusjen og ikke noen plass å feste dusjen på veggen. Vannet sprutet over hele badet når man dusjet.

Delightful hotel brilliantly located, very quiet, comfortable beds, excellent bathroom and a very good free sauna. Charming and helpful staff.

Wunderbares Hotel in einem alten Stadthaus mitten in der Altstadt. Alle waren sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Frühstück!
