Staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous at all times. Breakfast provided plenty of choice in a pleasant room and the staff there were helpful too. Our hotel room was serviced daily and was clean throughout. The location of the hotel was very handy for the train station and, particularly, for the excellent Nice tram service, which offered very regular and cheap trips to the old town and sea front areas for minimal cost.

The location was great for a short break in a Nice. It was good to have air conditioning in the room as it’s been so hot. There was a nice selection of food for breakfast and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
We stayed in room 103 (a triple room) and the room decor was tired/dated. Lots of different styles and patterns which could have been more considered.
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and many restaurants. I really enjoyed having a small balcony in my room, which was a nice place to sit outside. Most importantly, the room had air conditioning that I could adjust myself, which was a huge plus during the summer heat.
When I used the sink in my room, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain, similar to sewage. Because of this, I had to wash my face in the shower instead.
Additionally, there was construction work (building demolition) happening right next to the hotel. The noise started as early as 8:00 AM, making it impossible to get any sleep.
Close to train station and lots of food options nearby. The bed was comfortable, our room had air conditioning, and the blackout curtains kept the light out for good sleep.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Khla! The location of the hotel is perfect and incredibly convenient. Our room was cleaned and tidied up every single day, and the breakfast options were fresh, delicious, and more than sufficient to start the day.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding hospitality. Everyone at the reception desk was incredibly welcoming and kind. A special thanks goes to Sarah, her warm conversations, bright energy, and constant willingness to help made us feel right at home. We would also like to thank the gentleman at the front desk (whose name we unfortunately forgot) who gave us excellent recommendations and helpful information about Èze and the surrounding beaches. They were both amazing!
We honestly have nothing to complain about, but if we were to suggest one tiny detail for continuous improvement: the tea cups in the room could be upgraded to a design that is a bit easier to hold :)
Overall, it was a flawless experience. We left with great memories and will definitely choose this hotel again!

Great breakfast with plenty of options. Really large comfy bed. They sacrificed room space for a larger bed. I'm happy with this as I wanted somewhere comfy too sleep and a good shower. Air con worked a treat in a steamy European heat wave
Minor grievance we had good neighbours in our rooms during sleeping hours. The walls and ceilings were thin, you could hear conversations in the next room. Didn't bother me but if you had less considerate people during late hours could be a problem
