Very pleasant. Highly recommendable.
Pros:

The whole property was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They were quick to help you in any way possible. The food was very good. The half board option was good considering it’s a bit away from the main city.

Cons:

The property was far from the main city.

Beautiful hotel, great staff and I will be staying again.
Pros:

Clean, secluded, buffet selection was great, beautiful interior, very comfortable beds and attentive staff.
I’ve stayed in a number of hotels in India, this is one of the top and the staff made it. I can not sing their praises enough. They understand customer service and not only provide the highest level but were also responsive, understanding and accommodating.

Cons:

The dog barking in the room next to me as the owners had left it whilst they went sightseeing for a few hours!

Pros:

Location - good for airport travelers . Quiet location . Excellent customer service provided by our bar staff member, porters (arrival and departure ) and Restaurant staff member swerving dinner in the hotel restaurant . Evening meal was delicious. Pool facility was very good and staff located there were also helpful.

Cons:

Reception staff member failed to advise there was an opportunity to visit the Golden Temple in the afternoon utilising the complementary service, when asked . Different times were advised re pool closure times . Billing issue . Breakfast sitting choice not offered despite the restaurant not being busy . Lateness of Cooked breakfast options offered by staff member .

Pros:

The hotel was very hospitable and friendly. Manjeet was our usherer who was very friendly and warm. This is probably the only hotel that called in to check on something I had mistakenly left behind - and asked if they need to ship it back to me. That was so kind and thoughtful. The food was also amazing and authentic. If you want to try punjabi but are weary of local dhabas hygeine - their kulchas are equally good.

Cons:

The distance from all attractions makes it hard for short stops and rests in between itineraries. Once you come in you need to stay.
