Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, alte und muffige Zimmer

Essen: Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und hatte alles was man braucht. Auch für Zöliakiebetroffene gab es ein Lösung mit Reisbrot.

An sich war es sehr angenehm, dass sich das Personal um Probleme gekümmert hat und eine Lösung gesucht hat.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist extrem alt und es stinkt extrem muffig. Wenn man aus den Aufzügen kommt, ist es am extremsten. Zunächst hatten wir ein kleines Zimmer. Dort war es nicht aushaltbar. Wir haben dann ein größeres bekommen, da ging es durch Dauernutzung der Klimaanlage und durch Raumerfrischer. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt sieht aber anders aus... Wir waren aber verwundert, dass es nicht irgendwo angemerkt ist

Very handy for Shin-Kobe with comfortable well-sized rooms, great staff and facilities.
Pros:

Right next to Shin-Kobe station, good sized rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic buffet breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful and fluent in English.

Cons:

Not really a complaint but the location next to the station does put it quite a way from the shopping streets and waterfront.

飯店員工服務佳，酒店設施也不錯，會考慮再次入住。

很不錯，選擇多樣化，但每天變化不多，吃到第二天就會希望吃新的餐點了。
住宿地點離車站近，到大景點用走的都可以到。布引瀑布就像後花園一樣，早起可以去爬山加欣賞美景。

Cons:

不確定是否是自己的問題或是介紹沒寫好。訂房時選擇2位成人及2位兒童，跑出來的選擇是雙人房，但說明表示2位孩童都可入住，且價格包含早餐。行前先再次確認，才知道2位兒童的價格是要額外再付的；而因為2張單位人無法併床(中間有床頭桌的關係)，請酒站再併床(有些評論表示加床不用費用)，也必須再加費用。
加費用其實是可以接受的，只是和原本期待的不同，希望網站內可說明清楚些。
