Pros:

朝食が素晴らしい。

Formidable !!!
Pros:

Hotel incroyable !!! Juste à la sortie de la Gare (donc, hyper pratique lors d'un séjour au Japon en train). Accès direct au métro, à la gare ainsi qu'à 2 attractions phare de Kobé : Cascades et Herb Gardens.
Notre chambre (26ème étage) avait une vue sur Kobe imprenable !!!
Et un petit déjeuner excellent

Veramente ottimo per il prezzo
Pros:

Hotel attaccato alla stazione shinkansen (passaggio coperto per arrivarci) e alla partenza della funivia per Nunobiki. Palestra carina. Macchinetta nespresso con cialde in camera. Vista spettacolare sulla città. Partendo da Sannomiya o muovendosi in città la metro e’ al 3 piano interrato dell’hotel.

素泊まりでしたが、この値段でいいとこに泊まれました。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

枕が大と小
1つづつありました。それだけでかなり寝るときに快適でした。
あとはチェックイン後もチェックアウト御連絡もキョロキョロしてたら、立っているスタッフさんがさりげなく声かけてくれました。嬉しかったです。

Cons:

とても綺麗に清掃されていていいな
と思って、湯船につかったところ
洗面台のボールの上の部分（上からは全くみえません）が
黒カビがまわり一周ついていました。
そんなとこ見えないのですが、湯船にはいると目線にはいるので、なんか嫌です。
そのくらいです。

Amazing staff and great value for money.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were absolutely superb. They were really helpful and efficient. The hotel in right by the Shin-Kobe station making using the Shinkansen a breeze and a quick tube ride to Kobe.

Cons:

The central AC. But the rooms were a good size, clean and well appointed. Great value for money.

Pros:

部屋が清潔で快適でした。
朝食ﾌﾞｯﾌｪ、美味しかったです。
その場で作っていただいたｵﾑﾚﾂもよかったです。
ﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄ後荷物預ける事が出来たので、観光もできました。
また機会があれば利用したいです。

Cons:

スキンケア用品が揃っていなかった。
シャワーの調整がわかりにくかった。
