Pros:

Ideale Lage, wenn Sie mit dem Shinkansen verreisen.
Mein Zimmer hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf die Gondelanlage.
Das Zimmer ist einfach aber ausreichend.

とても良かった。
Pros:

新神戸駅から至近距離、雨が降っていたが通路に屋根があり有難かった。２１階の部屋だったので神戸の夜景を楽しめた。これからも利用したい。

Handy location, lovely staff, old hotel
Pros:

The location above the train station was fantastic, it meant we could go exploring just by taking a lift down to the subway. The hotels proximity to the Nunobiki Ropeway and the Kitano distric was another bonus.

Cons:

The hotel interiors are quite old and outdated. Everything was clean and worked but it all looks and feels very tired. The airconditioning in the room didn't work properly for the first few days. We spoke to front of house and it improved dramatically.

Fantastic location for ease of transport, huge hotel with choice.
Pros:

It’s literally next door to the Shinkansen station and the metro so very handy. The Herb Garden and Ropeway is also next door and the city loop bus is very close.

Bed was comfortable, lots of restaurants to choose from. Huge hotel.

Cons:

It’s a bit dated and starting to look its age with wear and tear a little.

We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the cocktails at the bar!
Pros:

Great location close to transport. Great view especially from our room and the lounge bar. Our room was very spacious.

Cons:

Bath room facilities seem a bit dated. Shower temperature and pressure seemed unpredictable sometimes.

Very spacious rooms in a good location, but very dated
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently located if you want to use the Shinkansen to travel further from Kobe. The rooms were really huge. The gym was also relatively spacious.

Cons:

The hotel is very old and it shows in the rooms. The size of the rooms is very large (good), but perhaps unusably so. The bathroom is also quite dated, and not compliant with the price we paid. The equipment in the gym was also dated.
