Highly recommended - and the spa facilities are very much worth it too!
Pros:

Great value for money, and the staff are all kind, very helpful and honest (I forgot to remove my belongings from the safe - when I returned a couple of hours after check out, they returned all my valuable belongings - I am really grateful).

stayed before and breakfast not changed but service was better first stay, last stay disappointing

Beds comfy, room overall nice

Cons:

Went to dinner and they forgot to serve us after being seated, breakfast (poched eggs hard, sausages undercooked, condiment's empty had to ask to refill), tried to get refill coffee but staff no where and when walking out seen on phone texting)

Cons:

Checking in room wasn't ready, it was almost 4pm when we arrived. Pool closed for kids after a certain time in the evening when we called to ask pool times so we couldn't go for an evening swim with the baby. Very expensive rate for one night and less than a 24 hour stay. A wedding was happening in and around the check in area so it was very loud and busy. Called to ask for a cot the day before and staff couldn't guarantee one. Fire alarm test was scheduled on a Saturday morning which was annoying. Stayed in a suite and every time we turned on the tv in the lounge area the other one turned on near the bed where the baby was sleeping so we had to unplug it. Lighting wasn't dimmable so we had to turn off all the lights as it was all open plan.
Bathroom was dated.

This is a cosy superb hotel, always made welcoming.
Pros:

Everything was excellent, the cleanliness and amenities of the room was excellent and the staff were superb, making sure everyone was having a good time. Great buffet breakfast and we had dinner in the 22 bar and restaurant which was tasty. The atmosphere altogether was warming and friendly. I’d definitely stay again.

Cons:

I can’t fault anything. I’d of stayed longer If I could.

Pros:

This was a lovely stay in a lovely location. We were travelling with a 7 month old baby. While we didn't actually get into the pool the staff were very friendly and helpful. Similarly the restaurant staff were excellent. Loved the fancy Dyson hairdryer!

Cons:

We didn't have air conditioning in the room on the first night but we got an upgrade for the second night.

Short stay in Castleknock
Pros:

Really nice, bustling hotel in Castleknock. Breakfast buffet was superb. Room was spacious enough for our needs and had air conditioning. Would definitely stay again
