Lovely hotel and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is fabulous! Spa area was ok but got overcrowded very quickly. It is about a 25 minute drive from Dublin centre but for us that was perfect as I enjoyed being away from all the chaos!

We had a wonderful suite that overlooked the golf course! The room size was large. The breakfast was good, but no omelets made to order. The attached golf course was fantastic. The room had air conditioning!

The location is lovely - safe, not city centre feeling but near everything also. The grounds are lovely - the leisure facilities are great also.
I felt the cost of the hotel was not worth what we got - our room was extremely warm with no air con - there was a manual fan we needed to rely on. The food was fine but also quite expensive for what we got
The location and hotel ambiance were very nice. The staff was extremely accommodating, especially when we experienced an issue with our upgraded accommodation. The reception team was quick to address and resolve the problem, which we really appreciated. The breakfast also had a nice variety of options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the excellent service
It would be nice if the pool stayed open until 2100 so the kids could enjoy it after a day of exploring the city.

Clean rooms , outstanding breakfast
Beautiful hotel set in picturesque surroundings. Our room was large with a comfortable and was very quiet. We ate in the bar restaurant twice and both times the service and food were excellent
Staff is basically ok and they have a way to send you WhatsApp message after first day and asking your satisfaction level - kind of nice. However, if you ask and you get 3 or lower on the scale of 1-5, then one would think that you'd take the opportunity to react. Breakfast, well that's as close to Irish as you can get in Ireland - not something suitable for most tourists.
Room is hot and humid as there are basically no ventilation - no I don't mean AC I mean ventilation. Air changes if you open the window but this gives your marginal help as pure AC is non-existents - even in this rather higher cost facility. You have to rely on a 15€ fan at the same time when room has a nice Dyson hairdryer. Room is also dated - one would not really expect e.g. to see cracked sink in a room which cost you 300 € /night.
