Me da alegria saber que la calidad del hotel se ha mantenido durantemuchos años.
El personal siempre es muy amable, las habitaciones decoradas con mucho detalle, se mantiene muy limpio.
Es centrico y ahora ya tienen elevador.

Great location and service
Pros:

Super good location. It is just one block away from downtown and 15 minutes walking from the famous Santo Domingo church and archeological museum and ex convent, on a beautiful pedestrian street.
The hotel staff is super nice and helpful. The restaurant is also very good.

Pros:

The location was perfect. Staff was helpful and friendly. The outdoor seating area was very inviting and beautiful. So pleasant to sit outside, have something to eat or drink from the cafe, and enjoy the beautiful and calm atmosphere. Loved the birds, Javier and Lucia!

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was poor and it did take time to get to a comfortable temperature. But the room was excellent and worth the less than perfect shower water situation.
