Prima voor kort verblijf
Pros:

Modern hotel. Kamer zeer schoon. Prachtige badkamers met inloopdouche en jets. Vriendelijke personeel . Fijn bed. Mooi zwembad en fijne ligbedden.

Cons:

Badkamer ondanks super schoon en mooi iets te klein wat mij betreft. Eten (diner) redelijk van kwaliteit maar niet meer dan dat.

Estadia agradável, precisam de melhorar os funcionários que tem para que se coadune mais com o hotel e o nível que prete
Pros:

Espaço muito agradável, quarto muito confortável, tínhamos um bebé e deixaram uns artigos de higiene para eles, gostamos desse cuidado.

Cons:

A hospitalidade de alguns colaboradores principalmente na zona do restaurante que não foram muito prestáveis, pareciam que não queriam ser aborrecidos, estavam a ter conversas pessoais em vez de ver se a sala precisava de algo. Não foi geral, na zona do restaurante havia uma funcionária bastante solicita e prestável.

Schönes Hotel mit einigen Punkten die noch verbessert werden können.
Pros:

Recht neu. Schöner Pool mit schönem Garten. Auch die Zimmer sind schön.

Cons:

Personal ist zum Großteil sehr unfreundlich. Vorallem an der Rezeption fühlt man sich eher als Last statt Gast.
Die Lage ist eher sehr abseits. Nach Lissabon fast 1h mit dem Auto. Zum Strand zu Fuß ca. 35 min.
In den Zimmern wimmelt es teilweise an Ameisen.

Pros:

Muy buen hotel. La piscina encantadora y todo muy bien. Parking no tiene, es la calle donde se puede aparcar, pero por lo demás todo muy bien y el servicio de snack bar sin hora se agradece mucho. El personal muy amable.

El precio de Portugal ha subido mucho pero el sitio está muy bien

Verwöhnhotel mit geschmackvollem Ambiente auf sehr gutem Niveau.
Pros:

Die Lage in einem schönen Villenviertel war ruhig und das Gartengrundstück mit schattenspendenden Pinien sehr gut gepflegt.
Der Pool hatte eine sehr schöne Größe und war mit einer länge von ca. 18 Metern sehr gut zum etwas sportlichen Schwimmen geeignet. Die Wassertemperatur lag während unseres Aufenthaltes bei angenehmen 24-25 Grad. Liegen standen immer in ausreichender Menge auf zwei Ebenen zur Verfügung. Sie wurden täglich gesäubert und neu ausgerichtet. Das Personal war angefangen von der Rezeption, über die Technik und dem Service bis zu den Reinigungskräften ausgesprochen freundlich, professionell und fleißig. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Extrawünsche wurden jederzeit erfüllt. Uns wurde das Gefühl vermittelt, ein Rundum-Sorglos-Paket bekommen zu haben und dass großer Wert darauf gelegt wurde, dass unser Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich für uns ausfiel. Auch die Hotelküche ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Wir hatten in der Mitte des Flures ein Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse zum Garten. Viele der Gäste, die die benachbarten Zimmer hatten, benutzten den kleinen vorgelagerten Rasenbereich vor unserer Terrasse als Abkürzung zum Pool, anstatt den vorgesehenen Flur vor den Zimmern zu nutzen. Wir fühlten uns dadurch in unserer Privatsphäre gestört. Ein Hinweisschild des Hotels zur ausschließlichen Nutzung des Flures wäre evtl. hilfreich. Sobald man das Hotelgelände verlassen hat, musste man leider feststellen, dass die nähere Umgebung bei weitem nicht so gepflegt war. An vielen Stellen befand sich weggeworfener Müll am Straßenrand. Sobald man das Ressort verlassen hat, war es nochmal extremer. Im fußläufigem Umfeld gibt es kein Städtchen, wodurch man evtl abends hätte schlendern können. Auch gibt es Restaurants oder Bars nur in geringer Anzahl. Da ist vermutlich nicht für jeden was dabei. Man muss sich auch darüber im Klaren sein, dass es sich nicht um ein reines Ferienhotel handelt, sondern dies auch durch größere Seminargruppen und Geschäftsreisende genutzt wird, sodass es beim Frühstück auch schon mal etwas lauter und voller sein kann.

Foi maravilhosa, o Staff é tido muito simpatico
Pros:

Espaço exterior muito bom. A piscina é de água salgada, é perfeita. O Bar da piscina tem opçoes de comida muito boa, preço qualidade excecional.
