Perfect for a one night stay for an early am departure.
Pros:

We did not eat the breakfast as our flight was too early in the AM. I liked the location -close to rental car drop off and airport.

Cons:

Our sink faucet did not work- could not lift the handle to turn on. One of the beds in my son’s room did not lie flat. The bathroom was very small as well.

Pros:

Großer Parkplatz, Zimmer waren in Ordnung, es war leise

Cons:

Da wir im hinten Bereich ein Zimmer hatten, konnte man direkt auf den ganzen Müll schauen, die Müllabfuhr kam mitten in der Nacht wodurch man wach wird. Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt, es gab keine Alternative, das Wasser in der Dusche ist extrem schlecht angelaufen. Bis ins Zentrum mit den öffentlichen zu weit, mit dem Auto ca 30 min inkl Stau.

For it being the busiest time due to the tennis events, I feel we had a good deal with this hotel
Pros:

The free parking and handicapped spots.

Cons:

The room 303 had alot of issues with the bathroom. The toilet was not flushing fast enough. We had to wait about 10 minutes before each flush. The shower handle broke. I had to go to the front desk a few times. We did, however, get another room and it was alot better.

Good value, friendly staff, but breakfast could be improved.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Parking. Close to LGA airport (but not noisy from the airport). Good location if you have business in Queens, NY

Cons:

Breakfast was lacking, view of a cemetery across the street was a bit unpleasant (but there is nothing that can be done about that), bed sheets were a bit frayed.

Would have stayed somewhere else if I could’ve. Cemetery right across the street from the hotel.
Pros:

For one the breakfast was okay but the guest children kept dropping the utensils for the waffles on the floor and putting it back that’s nasty as hell and staff needs to be watching what’s happening.

Cons:

Not being able to get anything I wanted to eat. Then I still haven’t received my damn deposit back when my room was $386 and at the end of my stay cost me $486. $100 for a deposit for each room okay that fine but I’m out $200 because of what? Why didn’t my money return to My card?

The hotel was accommodating and the staff was great!
Pros:

The hotel room was very nice and clean. The location of the hotel was in the vicinity of restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

The hotel could use some much-needed updates to the outside and when you enter into the lobby. The elevator also could use some updates as well as the hallways and the carpet. There is no place to buy drinks or even to do laundry. Overall, the nightly rate for the room should’ve been less, but I know that’s not possible because you are in New York.

Very comfortable bed! Housekeeping came in and made up the bed. Friendly staff. Great location for us.

Cons:

wish we could have had our dog there. staff wasn't always at the desk- the few times we were there, we were waiting and no one was there.
