Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich, das Frühstück war sehr gut, und wir hatten einen wunderbaren Afternoon Tea.

Cons:

Die Zimmertür war schwer und ließ sich beim Verlassen des Zimmers nicht einfach und leise ins Schloss ziehen, sondern war nur zu, wenn man sie richtig fest zuzieht. Und das ist ziemlich laut und weckt vermutlich den ganzen Gang auf….

Great for a visit to Oxford.
Pros:

Friendly, staff. Good location and amenities. We returned from concert to staff who made us a hot chocolate and cappuccino which was very welcome after the walk home.

Cons:

Issue with loo flush / and toilet roll holder.

Pros:

Lovely, friendly staff. Very comfortable bedroom. Lovely bar and lounge. Good food including breakfasts. Good north Oxford location, a short bus or taxi ride to central Oxford. We will certainly stay again when we are next in Oxford.

Good location, lovely staff
Pros:

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful; we were able to pay an additional amount to arrive early. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the mattress was very comfortable.
The hotel is in a good location with plenty of parking.

Cons:

We were in a standard room which was quite small and, had we been staying for longer than an overnight stay, would not have provided space to relax in, other than when sleeping. I personally found the pillows too hard. Tea and coffee making facilities are not provided, however we did appreciate the bottled water.
