Un palacete británico donde hospedarse
Pros:

Comfortable.
Pros:

Staff were excellent; couldn't do enough for us to make our stay good. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was nothing in particular other than the place probably needs a spruce up but that's the same wherever as the hospitality sector is suffering.

Premium price for a budget product.
Pros:

Good and quiet location, 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Cooked breakfast was decent. You can park there.

Cons:

Room was tiny, and stuffy with no aircon. WiFi didn’t work and there was no phone signal on my network. Facilities were clean but basic.

The room had no A/C and the window could not be opened, so it wasn’t possible to let fresh air into the room.

Excellent! We only wished we could have stayed longer! We hope to come back soon.
Pros:

The room was great, very well decorated, with a friendly, cosy feel to it. We were so glad an electric fan was provided, as there was a heatwave, whilst we stayed there. We loved the inner courtyard that our room opened on to, with its own table and chairs. The location, vis a vis Oxford Centre was good, as it was only a 20 minute walk, even in the heat. The on-site parking facility was perfect, as parking in the town centre is always difficult. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating and last, but not least, the full English breakfast was superb! Served nice and hot and all the 'elements' - bacon, eggs, black pudding, potato croquettes, mushrooms.... etc. were really spot on!

Cons:

We can't think of anything we didn't like... not often we can say that, for sure!
