Pros:

Quarto amplo, cama e travesseiros confortáveis

Cons:

Café da manhã deixou a desejar (demora para repor produtos que acabavam, apenas uma máquina de café funcionando, demorei para encontrar os frios que estavam num canto a parte)

Hospedagem ok.
Pros:

Excelente localização, café da manhã bom (com a reposição do buffet meio lenta). O quarto é Ok, no elevador o hotel anuncia que está passando por revitalização dos quartos, vai ficar ótimo.

Cons:

Já na chegada nos deparamos com uma traça, o que nos deixou com as roupas na mala durante a estadia. Por isso a nota da limpeza foi baixa, afinal, existem muitas formas de evitar isso.

Limpeza do quarto, ar acondicionado não estava funcionando 100% ( uns 40%);telefone não ligava na portaria,, o box do chuveiro só fechava uma parte, com isso molha muito a parte de fora,
A relação custo/ beneficio não é boa.

Cons:

Infelizmente mesmo tendo isolamento acústico, esse não é bom o suficiente para solucionar o barulho externo.

OK, but read also what I did not like
Pros:

I booked a superior room and indeed it was a large comfortable room. Friendly and efficient staff at check-in and check-out. Room service was good.

Cons:

Room maids sometimes talked too loud. Poor selection of television channels with many religious channels. Internet was not always reliable. Breakfast was disappointing.
