Terrible
Cons:

I was told at check-in that housekeeping came every other day, well I never seen them. The bathroom was very dirty. I called for towels and was told they were gonna send some up. My husband ended up going down to get some. My husband and granddaughter went down for breakfast and ended up paying for it was told nothing was free? This was our first time being in Canada to visit some family. I'll have to do better in researching the hotels ext time.

The room was nice to start but the cleaning suffered while we were there for the next three nights.
Pros:

The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and welcoming. Check in was pretty easy. The room was very nice and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I was staying at this hotel for four nights, the reception staff told me that the room would be cleaned every other day but you can ask at reception for new towels every day. The second day the room was not cleaned and they only left the bath towels but no hand towels, face flannels or the bath mat though they took all the old ones away. They didn’t change the sheets or even make the bed. When we told the reception staff they offered us clean bed sheets and told us we can change them by ourselves. This is not acceptable when you are paying good money for the room per night. For that reason I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely not stay there again.

There were not enough towels for a party of three we had asked at check-in and by 2 pm the next day we still hadn’t received any towels. We had to go down to the reception and were told we’d have to wait even though there was a person on our floor with towels! Also when we arrived there were no sheets on the pullout couch I had to go down again because there was no answer on the phone someone came up with one sheet I asked for a second sheet and was told there was no more. I said I want another and the person never returned. Our stay included my 90 year old dad and the bathtub was to dangerous for him to take a shower no antiskid in the tub. We had to climb up on a landing to get to the soap very dangerous.

I would come back
Pros:

We reallly appreciated the friendlyness of the staff and the facilities in the Lobby while we had to wait for several hours because our friends arriving at the airport were delayed. Confortable sitting, computers, water and an outside patio.

Cons:

The room was spacious but the carpet had not been vacuumed properly, needles, pieces of chips spread here and there. However, I have asked the cleaning staff to come by and they were very active in responding to the need of cleaning and moping the floor in the bathroom. The rest of the room was cleaned and the linens too, and very confortable.
