With some maintenance this hotel will be great for a stay.
Pros:

Safe, great location, clean, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

Cons:

Needs some maintenance. In my room, the flush in the toilets did not work properly. Garbage disposal in the kitchen did not work at all.

Ingen i personalen log förutom frukostvärdinnan när man pratade med dem. Dåligt frukostutbud på papperstallrikar och plastbestick. Blev placerade i rum bredvid ett som renoverades och borrade/spikade.

Of never stayed here knowing that. The facility had no ice machine. Contacted an employee and they said they would bring me some ice up an hour later they never arrived. Woke up to loud noise from garbage truck and people yelling in the alley/side of the building.

The Wifi connection was not working at the 14th floor. At the Booking website it said that the hotel had a parking facility, it did not say that it woukd cost us USD45 a night.

Nice Hotel, Great Valet experience
Pros:

We stayed for a concert at Nevermore Hall. The valet service was wonderful, Ishmael
was friendly and got our car to us quickly. I would definitely stay here and use the valet service again.

Phenomenal Experience with the Valet Service at the Residence Inn - Downtown Baltimore!
Pros:

We stayed at the Residence Inn - Downtown Baltimore after a concert at CFG Bank Arena. One of the highlights of our stay were our interactions with the Valet Team, specifically Montrel. The online valet portal made parking and requesting our car so easy. On the day we checked out, Montrel promptly retrieved our vehicle, opened our doors for us and assisted us with our luggage. Seeing that there were cars in front of us that were blocking the exit, he assisted us with backing out of the entrance, ensuring that we were clear to pull out. I don’t typically leave reviews for a valet service, however Montrel made such a positive impact on our stay and deserves to be recognized for his hard work and exceptional customer service.
