Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, muy bien comunicado, en el corazón de Roma. Sin duda lo mejor el personal, la atención, recomendaciones sobre lugares que visitar, restaurantes, su amabilidad son dignas de resaltar.
Destacar a Simone, el trato fue exquisito, pendiente en todo momento de sus huéspedes, con gran profesionalidad. Lo recomiendo cien por cien.
la amplitud y servicios de la habitación muy buenos y la limpieza también.

Cons:

Estuvo todo perfecto, pero quizá algo más de variedad en el desayuno.

Overall, I had an excellent stay, convenient location, attentive and welcoming staff,compl.breakfast
Pros:

The location was very convenient, situated close to buses, trains, supermarkets, and restaurants. It provided easy access to major attractions, such as the Colosseum, St. Peter's Basilica, the museum, and the Trevi Fountain.

The staff was very attentive, greeting me warmly every time I entered or left the premises and usually offering a bottle of water or a cup of coffee. They always responded quickly to any room requests. Additionally, breakfast was included.
