No se puede normalizar dormir con cucarachas

En si el hotel estaba bien .

Pues varias cosas, lo primero no se puede normalizar que hayan cucarachas en las habitaciones. Voy y me quejo en recepción y ni un perdón o disculpa si no ha si ese es el problema de gran canarias las cucarachas . Ósea pago un hotel para dormír con cucarachas.
La camarera Inés Suárez muy malcriada si trato fue pésimo por decirle háblame en español que soy canaria y estamos en canarias.
La piscina al salir muchísimas caídas toda alrededor. No volveré jamás y tampoco lo recomendaría

Pros:

En general, tanto las instalaciones como el personal hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuese de 10; el equipo de animación es increíble, nuestro niño disfrutó muchísimo en el mini club y nosotros los adultos también disfrutamos mucho de las actividades que se hacían en la piscina y en los shows. Sin duda repetiremos!!

Cons:

El suelo de la piscina y alrededores resbala una barbaridad!!!! Por favor, súper necesario que pongan algo para que no se de una situación peligrosa, principalmente en las escaleras para pasar de una zona a otra, con las bandas antideslizantes que ponen no es suficiente.
En la escalera de la zona de splash está el acceso al mini tobogán de los más pequeños, es muy peligrosa porque suben mojados para tirarse de nuevo al agua y queda todo empapado y resbala.

Cuando llegamos el suelo del apartamento estaba mojado, y la cama llena de pelos. La limpiadora al día siguiente nos abrió la puerta a las 8 de la mañana sin llamar. Tampoco nos gustó que la piscina estaba masificada de gente y permiten los juegos con pelota, mi hijo se llevó un balonazo

Pros:

Las piscinas son grandes y a pesar de lo grande que es el alojamiento hay hueco para todos. Mucha variedad de comida y muy buena.

Cons:

Reservé una Suite Junior. Cuando nos dieron la habitación no tenía vistas ninguna. Le chica de recepción dice que cogí la habitación con vistas reducidas, pero en ningún momento pone nada de eso en la reserva. Además, tenemos que coger 2 ascensores y caminar bastante hasta llegar a la habitación. Eso con un niño se 8 meses no es nada práctico. Insisto en que en la reserva no pone nada de habitación con vistas reducidas. Lo revisamos mi pareja y yo más de una vez.

Pros:

The rooms were great and the beds were very comfy. Room was cleaned every day. Good selection of food and drinks on all inclusive.

Cons:

Finding our room on the first day. It’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack with the instructions given by reception. The hotel is massive!! Once we found it though, it was easy to get back up to the main pool, bar, reception area. Maybe better signage around the hotel would be beneficial.

Pros:

De lobby, zwembad, restaurant zijn zeer mooi. Het eten is zeer lekker met ruime variatie.

Cons:

Onze kamer 5402 was een beetje afgeleefd, zo ontbrak er ook een deur aan de schuifdeurkast in de slaapkamer. Helaas was het kindergedeelte van het zwembad net in renovatie.
