Food is really good a lot to choose for everyone is something

Cleaning is really bad
The rooms smell like pee and the toilets of the hotel where verry dirty including poop paper on the ground
Cleaning left there hair and nails on our floor.
Entertaiment team was trying there best but was every 5 minutes yelling to the microphone with really hard music so for a relax stay it is not the place due the noice of them.

The facilities at the hotel were amazing, it's such a family friendly place, it has so much to do and the staff are brilliant. The pools are great, there are onsite slides for the young and older children, there are so many sunbeds that you will always find a space and there are drinks dispensers everywhere. The restaurant has so much seating and the variety of food is enormous. I thought because we have a halal diet and cannot eat the meat, the options available to us would be scarce, however, they have so many options that we did not miss the meat at all. I asked for the rooms to be next door to each other and although the hotel had so many guests at the time we stayed, they managed to accommodate my request which was such a relief. We had booked a car rental and I thought I saw somewhere that the parking was 15 euros per day and there was limited parking available so it would be on a first come first serve basis but not only was the car park free but we did not have any problems securing a space throughout our stay. The hotel has a spar onsite which is very handy too.
Although the variety, amount and taste of the food was amazing, unfortunately, some of the food had alcohol in and it wasn't adequately labelled so we had to keep asking the chefs. They were very polite and were able to tell us the correct information straight away but when it gets busy, you have to wait a while to be able to ask someone. I found the hotel was so busy that it was difficult to get a space at the infinity pool which I did not manage to try out and although we were 'all inclusive', unfortunately, the gelato and cafe shop was not included unless we were 'all inclusive plus' guests.

O All inclusive na realidade que o booking deixa reservar não inclui todas as bebidas do hotel. Quando chego ao hotel dou conta que existe o All inclusiv + e teria de fazer um upgrade nada barato. Quando no ato de reserva no booking a oferta máxima que deixa reservar é o all inclusive, deste modo o cliente pensa que está mesmo tudo incluido.
Bebidas que estavam à disposição deixam muito a desejar.
La comida es brutal, lo mejor del hotel. Las instalaciones también están muy bien en cuanto a mantenimiento se refiere. También nos dimos un masaje y el trato fue inmejorable
Muchas palomas en la zona del comedor de terraza, existen una jaulas que las atrapan sin dañarlas y luego una empresa autorizada las retira y de esa manera no aparecen durante una época. Algo que si mejoraría es la simpatía en algunas ocasiones de los trabajadores, echamos en falta más sonrisas
