The breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to each day. Additionally, the pool and the range of activities available were nice additions.

Cons:

While the hotel has some positive aspects, our overall experience was extremely disappointing and left us feeling unsafe and frustrated.

The room itself had several maintenance issues. The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell throughout our stay, and one of the shower jets was broken. While these may seem like minor issues, they reflected a general lack of attention to maintenance and quality control.

The location was also less convenient than expected. The hotel is quite far from many of the main attractions. Arranging transportation through the hotel reception was unreliable, as taxis would frequently arrive late or cancel altogether, and staff often failed to inform us, leaving us waiting unnecessarily. Renting a car may be a better option, but parking near the hotel is difficult to find. Public transportation was not a practical alternative either, as buses did not run frequently enough to be convenient.

The most serious issue, however, was security. During our stay, money, jewelry, and personal belongings were stolen from our room. What made the situation even more concerning was the apparent lack of security measures available to determine who had entered the room or whether unauthorized access had occurred. Future guests should strongly consider keeping all valuables locked away at all times.

The hotel's response to the incident was deeply disappointing. Rather than treating the matter with the urgency one would expect after a theft had occurred on their property, we were told to wait until the following day to speak with the manager—the very day we were scheduled to leave. When we later asked to see the manager, we were informed that she was busy, despite seeing her occupied with other activities. It was difficult to understand how a guest theft was not being treated as a top priority.

As a result of the incident, we spent the final day of our honeymoon at a police station filing a report, a process that took approximately five hours.

Pros:

Loved the breakfast, staff were great, hotel + pool area amazing. The bit where you could jump into the sea was also very good.

Cons:

We went half board, felt pressured to buy drinks at dinner. One waiter took our bottle of water and told us we had to put under the table. I kind of get it but we felt that water at dinner should be free. We were buying drinks thru the day and some dinners bought drinks too. But when you spend the money to go halfboard, its nice to just not have to spend any money at dinner. Not have to spend 4 euros on water.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I can't rate this place highly enough. We had a perfect week here - firstly, the staff! Possibly the best service I've ever had. Everyone was so friendly and attentive and made you feel so welcome. Secondly the food! Id highly recommend going all inclusive, such great quality and range. I had so much fresh fish, salads, seafood. But also if you prefer pizza and chips, they have that too. The view over the sea was beautiful as well. I like having steps straight down into the sea but also the pool, best of both. The free classes were great too, I did pilates aqua fit and a cocktail masterclass. There's a well stocked gym too if you fancy it. If you did fancy a change of scene there was a lovely beach bar a short walk away. Honestly the best week so thank you!

Cons:

Most of the area around the hotel and into Santa ponsa wasn't the best but no fault of the hotel, and with a hotel so good there wasn't much reason to leave anyway!

Good choice but think about the location firstly
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic for a honeymoon, high privacy, excellent bay view, wonderful and clean breakfast, excellent pool, very friendly staff.

Cons:

The location is far from most areas; we paid approximately 300 euros just for taxi rides to get to the nightlife spots in the center.

Nice relaxing stay during a busy trip to Spain.
Pros:

We like that we had the all-inclusive option. We also upgraded so that we could have our own private large balcony that included a large sitting area with a hot tub.

Cons:

We were disappointed that even though we had the all-inclusive food, we still had to pay for the Japanese restaurant. We don’t remember being informed of this. The Japanese restaurant experience was amazing and we absolutely loved it. We were just a little shocked when they presented a bill.

Tolle Lage am Meer, super Ausblick, Frühstück auf der Terrasse und sehr vielfältiges Buffet

Cons:

Whirlpool im Zimmer nur minimale Wasserzufuhr, nicht zu gebrauchen. Schlafzimmer zu klein, kein freier Zugang zur anderen Bettseite möglich.

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit erholsamen SPA, sehr gutem Essen in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre!

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die angebotenen Getränke wurden gern genommen. Das Frühstücksbüfett war hervorragend, alles frisch und es gab eine große Auswahl an Eierspeisen, Obst, Süßem usw., es fehlte nichts. Der Poolbereich war sauber und man hat immer einen Platz bekommen. Der Service am Pool war erstklassig. Die SPA-Anwendungen sind zu empfehlen, sehr erholsam.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn telefonieren, streiten und schnarchen. Die Nachttische bzw. Hocker sind viel zu niedrig. Unser Reinigungspersonal war ziemlich nachlässig, Zimmertür offen gelassen und Zimmerkarte (vermutlich die General Master Keycard) stecken lassen.

Très agréable et apaisant
Pros:

La vue de la chambre était exceptionnelle et la literie très confortable .
Le petit déjeuné est très varié .

Cons:

La piscine un peu tard je trouve ( mais c’est un détail ) .
Au niveau du buffet , les œufs brouillés ont vraiment un goût particulier alors que les œufs aux plats et les tortillas sont très bonnes .
