Staff was very friendly, great location, the rooms were a good size. The pool and hot tub was great and never ocercrowded, the arcade was great for the kids! You need to drive to get to downtown littelton but there's so much around. Walmart is right across the street
1 of the elevators was broken
Every aspect of our stay was great.
There was nothing to dislike.
The lobby breakfast area is nice and the person in the kitchen made me a bag with scones to go since we were on our way to catch the cog railway. The beds are comfortable and the distance to downtown Littleton was an easy drive and the distance to the wedding we were attending at Camp Ogontz was equally convenient. So stay here if you want proximity to Ogontz, charming Littleton and the Cog Railway up Mt Washington.
Decent options ~ better than continental ~ we did like all day access to coffee tea and hot cocoa.
It is far from downtown but for us it was convenient to the site of a wedding at Camp Ogontz
There is plenty of parking and is centrally located to many fast food options. We went to a Mexican restaurant less than 10 minutes away that was not as good as the reviews lead me to believe. However, this hotel was quite the opposite. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a group of 4 adults and five children. The very nice woman who checked us in made sure that our rooms were near each other. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with scrambled eggs, home fries, sausage, diy waffles, etc. The pool was small but perfect for our littles. I stopped by the arcade, it has maybe 8 games. The gym is small but clean and I’m certain it serves its purpose.
I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect stopping point between Santa’s Village (make sure you buy your tickets well in advance because they do sell out on occasion) and Clark’s Bears.
One elevator was out of service and the working one sounded like it was holding on by a thread especially when it stopped on the 4th floor.
One elevator was out of service, and the other one was making weird noises
breakfast and location very good nice place
Shower curtain rod was loose and the curtain won’t stay closed and the towel rack also was loose just a small inconvenience
Our room smelled as we first entered. Then the elevator area at the 4th floor smelled like sewer.
The staff was very helpful, and the room was comfortable. The location was also convenient and made it easy to access many nearby tourist areas.
For the price we paid ($300 a night), we expected daily housekeeping, but our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. The breakfast room was small and often crowded, and the uncomfortable self-serve waffle station created long lines, especially with excited children reaching around the area and touching everything. When we arrived, non-guests were using the pool. I don't know if it's the hotel's policy to allow that; maybe it was a one-time thing, but I found it strange and felt unsafe.
Did not have.
check in tome should be at 3PM
very convenient, may stay again when in the area
