Cons:

On est venu à 15h et j’ai attendu plus de 40 min pour avoir les clés de la chambre alors que j’ai bien précisé que je serai à l hôtel entre midi et 15h

On a passé un très bon séjour mais il manque des accessoires dans les douches
Pros:

L'emplacement est excellent, près de la plage. Les restaurants et les cafés sont à proximité de l'hôtel.

Cons:

On a remarqué un manque d'entretien dans les chambres et il y a besoin de faire des réparations dans les chambres: absence fixation papier hygiénique, absence de support pour poser savon et shampoing près de la douche, absence de fixation pour poser les serviettes dans la douche, lampe abat-jour grillée à remplacer, etc.. donc il faut faire des réparations et des entretiens nécessaires pour assurer le confort aux clients dans les chambres.
