Beds were comfy and rooms were clean
Walls are paper thin, furniture was like sitting on stone.
The pool
The TV didn’t work. They left the children on entertainable and one of the staff members that was there I figured his name so My Son hit the floor looked at him, and because My Son was black he didn’t come to his aid or anything. He just saw him hit his head on the floor he didn’t do anything
Very clean and friendly staff
Everything was great
It was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, the breakfast was really good. I was impressed by the waffle section and oatmeal set up. There were lots of families there when I stayed.
This was a great place to stay and we will be back. It was an excellent value.
I could hear occasional noise from the highway, however the air conditioner, tv and my husband and kids snoring drowned out most of the highway noise. (Occasionally a big loud truck would go by).
The guests in the room above us were heavy walkers, I was woken up by them a few times too.
But none of this is really the hotels fault. I also wish the pillows were a tad firmer, but that’s just me being picky.
This is a great place to stay and we will be back.
amazing stay! Everything was 10/10 from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The room was perfect, and everything was exactly as expected. We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay. The pool was great. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay! Really easy to get to six flags and find some good restaurants.
