Pros:

Vriendelijk perzoneel.

Cons:

Parkeren kan een uitdaging zijn als je laat aankomt. Tegenover het hotel is openbaar parkeer gelegenheid. Ook daar kan het druk zijn op sommige dagen.

Die Lage direkt an der Mosel ist wirklich wunderschön. Das Personal vor Ort war zudem grundsätzlich freundlich. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zustand des Gebäudes: Trotz der schönen Lage wirkt das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders im 4. Stock machten die Dachrinnen einen sehr mitgenommenen Eindruck. Auch der Parkplatz im Hinterhof und das rechte Nachbargebäude an der Uferallee ist ziemlich heruntergekommen, obwohl es die Unterkunft des Personals zu sein schien.

Mängel beim Service: Vor allem am Nachmittag musste man das Personal oft suchen und einem Kaffee oder Wein förmlich hinterherlaufen. Erst nach wiederholter Nachfrage gab es bei schönem Wetter Sitzkissen für die ohnehin eher billigen und unbequemen Terrassenmöbel.

Parken & Preis-Leistung: Es gibt keine reservierbaren Parkplätze. In Kombination mit den Zusatzkosten für Frühstück und Kurtaxe stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier leider nicht.

Sauberes und renoviertes Hotelzimmer mit Balkon. Schöner und sauberer Spa-Bereich.
Leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Cappuccino etc wird an den Tisch gebracht.

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang ( junger Mann und ältere Dame ) hatte keine Ahnung, dass das Wein- und Genuss-Wochende bevor stand, und mussten selber erstmal googeln. Gegenüber ist die Tourist-Info, wo wir uns einen Flyer besorgt haben. Das Hotel liegt-wie viele andere-direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, die nicht verkehrsberuhigt, sondern sehr laut ist.
Der Spa Bereich ist nicht altersbeschränkt, so dass schon morgens um 7Uhr dort ein schreiendes Kind rumhüpfte.
Das Badezimmer ist winzig.

Mooi plek en aardig mensen. Prima hotel voor als je op doorreis bent.

Ruime kamer en een goed ontbijtbuffet

Cons:

De kamer werd tijdens ons 3-daags verblijf niet gekuist. Dit moest blijkbaar aan de receptie worden doorgegeven.
