Everything was great aside from not getting towels until morning of check out.
Pros:

Staff were nice, breakfast was delicious, and location was convenient. They have a small outdoor pool.

Cons:

We went a hold day with no towels or rags and had to ask 3 times before getting towel. The cleaning lady said she would come back in 20 minutes with towel and never came back. The front desk, one said as soon as the dryer is done they will bring them in 2-3 hours, we get back late and still no towel, asked the front desk again and said they are waiting on the dry it’ll be 3-4 hours still no towel. Asked the morning of check out and finally got towels. It was kind of ridiculous having to ask so many times and still not get them until the day we checked out. The second morning the pool was hazy and had a lot of bugs in it. First night it wasn’t that bad.

It was good, comfortable beds and plenty of room space
Pros:

I like how everything was close proximity . The breakfast in the morning was really good as well.

Cons:

I didn’t like when I requested someone to come clean our room no one ever came. And I didn’t like the fact they give you a little bit of towels I had had to request twice to bring us towels and they took a long time to bring them.

Family vacation was full of good memories
Pros:

Beds are comfortable. Room colorful. Towels were handed when needed and so housekeeping respond were super efficient. Breakfast was great just wish they were faster. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful. Pool was good as well. I would recommend adding a fire pit it gives a ambience and it’ll make the hotel complete.

Cons:

Shower handle was broken, the fridge wasn’t cooling, tv was a headache to find channels, shampoo and conditioner and body wash empty. Bed sheets were dirty stain and beds had sand. I had two room booking and one of them the floor wasn’t swept good and needed bed sheets. Please add air conditioner in the gym we felt suffocated in there.

The breakfast was great, the staff was great and so was the location. The rooms were clean(except linen)

Cons:

The linen was soiled, the pillows under the case was horribly stained, the elevators were dirty(need to be updated)the pool needed to be attend to, I could NOT swim because of the cloudiness

We got there and the room that we booked was not available. We had to go through so much to find another accommodation, come to find out that the room weren’t clean. The front desk offered a smaller room with the same cost or full refund. This was a long trip for us with young kids so having to look for another hotel at midnight was the worst. All this happened because the facility didn’t clean the rooms! No manager on duty at night and the front desk kept saying I don’t have rooms. While waiting we saw 3 different families showed up to the same situation. Will never book Holiday Inn again.
