Would never stay here again. Was completely overpriced.

Cons:

The tvs didn’t work. Would not connect to internet. WiFi didn’t work well. Shower made a loud squeaking noise and ac also made a loud noise. Shower head was coming out of the wall. Water pressure was awful

The property was adequate for a visit the the state park.
Pros:

The location was convenient to Niagara Falls State park.

Cons:

The property is somewhat dated. They charge extra for parking and do not provide / include breakfast. These are just connivance items that make traveling a bit easier.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking after already paying $200+ for a room, immediately being charged a $200 incident fee, the pool was disgusting, and no meals unless you paid for extremely overpriced food at their on site restaurant. Also- the room was dirty , hair in the tub and all over the air conditioner.
