Hotel bueno calidad precio

Cons:

El hotel es de 4 estrellas pero las instalaciones ya están un poco obsoletas para mí no sería de 4 estrellas,y el servicio de limpieza pasaba demasiado tarde para no ser plena temporada como si hubiera sido a primeros de agosto y la piscina un poco pequeña y poco doleada

Estancia en Gibraltar
Pros:

Las camas son super cómodas. Nos dieron una habitación de la parte renovada y la habitación era muy espaciosa con una terraza grande pero sin vistas, me dieron la 2° planta. Tenía plato de ducha que yo lo valoro mucho, las bañeras están obsoletas. Está a 10 minutos de centro y a 10 minutos de la aduana de Gibraltar. Eso es genial, aparcamos en coche un la calle sin problema, íbamos andando a todos los sitios.

Cons:

Los ascensores no tienen memoria y tardaban muchísimo. Son pocos ascensores para un hotel tal grande.

Hotel bien, recepcionistas pésimas

Me gustó la ubicación, las vistas a Gibraltar y las instalaciones estaban bien.

Cons:

No me gustó el pésimo trato de las recepcionistas María y Genoveva. En la hoja de queja y reclamaciones que pusimos viene detallado. A parte no le iba a dar importancia a los 6 emails que me mandó Maria para que hiciera el check-in online, cogí 2 habitaciones pero no tenía los DNIs de las 3 personas restantes, y tampoco le iba a dar importancia a que la limpiadora nos despertó pegando y abriendo habitación a las 9:15 de la mañana cuando nos habíamos acostado tarde por un evento...

Dicht bij Gibraltar daar was het ons om te doen, makkelijk bereikbaar en parkeer gelegenhied aanwezig. Ontbijt was fantastisch alles wat je maar kon wensen was aanwezig. Kamers schoon.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets noemenswaardig, zwembad wellicht wat klein voor zo'n groot hotel met weinig bedjes

Номер отличный, завтрак нормальный, кровать огромная, отель расположен недалеко от границы с гибралтаром, куда мы ходили пешком, Это была цель поездки. Хорошая платная парковка

Cons:

Очень удивились, что в 4 х звездочном отеле не было уборки комнат.
Это единственный недостаток

Hotel perfecto para visitar Gibraltar. Parking propio. Camas cómodas. Piscina. Posibilidad de comer en el propio hotel. Terraza. Minibar

Cons:

La habitación un pelín justita de espacio aunque se compensa con la terraza.
Se oyen demasiado las conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas y las de las terrazas.
