Comfortable Hotel with friendly staff in the middle of London
Pros:

The location was beautiful and surrounded by greenery, and yet right in the middle of the city. Our bed was so comfortable and we had a lovely bath.

Cons:

The bar felt a little soulless, but I think that could be said for most Hotel bars. Also, this wasn’t really an issue because there were lots of bars and restaurants close by.

Disappointed at services for disabled guests
Pros:

The location is ideal for business

Cons:

As a disabled guest the lift doesn’t work at the entrance. It hasn’t worked for at least a year I am made to feel like an inconvenience. I have to get the attention of staff to let me in a side door

Hotel fantastico, ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Posizione perfetta, camera bellissima con vari servizi che fanno davvero piacere (macchinetta del caffè Nespresso, biscottini, popcorn). Prodotti del bagno eccezionali con ottima profumazione (dal bagnoschiuma, allo shampoo, alla crema corpo, crema mani e anche il profumatore per il cuscino :))

Hotel PAR-FAIT *****
Pros:

Emplacement nickel à 300m du métro Tower Hill qui relie la gare St Pancras sans changement ni escaliers! L'hotel est dans une rue calme et le secteur est élégant, on s'y sent en sécurité.
La chambre était parfaite, nous avons été surclassés en suite junior au dernier etage avec terrasse et vue sur le Tower Bridge. Le personnel nous avait préparé plusieurs gentilles attentions pour notre anniversaire de mariage, c'était vraiment une très belle surprise. La chambre est spacieuse, très propre, très bien insonorisée, et très bien équipée. Literie très confortable. Pas d'attente à l'ascenseur. Tout le personnel sans exception est d'une gentillesse époustouflante, souriants, serviables, chaleureux, nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs hotels de Londres dans la même gamme de prix, et c'est de loin la meilleure expérience que nous avons eue.
Petit dejeuner varié et de qualité avec un large choix sucré ou salé. Nous avons également fait un diner au restaurant de l'hôtel, comme pour tout le reste, c'était vraiment parfait !
Encore merci à tous pour ce merveilleux séjour (mention spéciale à Mariya pour le soin apporté à la chambre) et à très bientôt, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

SISTEMAZIONE ECCELLENTE IN POSIZIONE OTTIMA
Pros:

Tutto bellissimo.
Letti comodi, acqua a volontà, Nespresso in camera, ciabattine e accappatoi.
Colazione meravigliosa. Tutto buonissimo. Ottimo buffet più un piatto a scelta dal menu.
Posizione incredibile. Sia per il bus rosso nr. 15 che porta direttamente a Piccadilly che per la fermata metro Tower Hill a due passi.
Tower Bridge a pochi minuti a piedi.
Zona viva e piena di ristoranti / locali dove mangiare.
TOP!!!

Highly recommended, would 100% stay again (and at other Apex hotels)
Pros:

Location couldn't be better - never needed a bus or tube for 3 days! Room and bathroom really big; bathrobe and slippers provided; room and lounge both have gorgeous views right into a quiet churchyard next door. Staff so friendly and efficient. Design of public areas is very attractive.

Cons:

One of the reasons I picked the hotel was because the room came with a bathtub as as well as a separate shower - but the bath water pressure and temperature were both so low that I only managed an unpleasantly tepid, shallow bath on Day 1. I asked the hotel to take a look, but it was just the same on Day 2.
