Great hotel in a very good location at a good price.
Pros:

The location was perfect, so close to transportation, great pubs and major attractions.
The breakfast was to die for! Everything and anything you could want. A highlight of our stay.

Cons:

No complaints from us. Don’t change anything.

Much better than expected. Already rebooked for later in the year!
Pros:

Better than expected. Big shower AND separate smallish bath, nice room arrangement, good beds, bath robes, small details felt welcoming (kettle, biscuits, mini plastic duck lol). Thought it quite expensive but it IS central London, only to learn a much lower accommodation offering in my Suffolk home town was the exact same price. So in reality, a bargain!

Cons:

Bad fish smell coming from kitchen doors near the restaurant on ground level, nowhere near the rooms. Average food, but lovely wait staff

Clean comfortable stay, this is a hotel that’s doing things right
Pros:

Quiet location just minutes from Tower Hill tube station, number 15 bus stop (to west end) and the river. Room was larger than usual in London, exceptionally clean and well maintained and staff were friendly. We would definitely stay again!
