Highly recommend this hotel made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Very kind room upgrade as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary nice touches in thd room too. We will definitely be back next time in London!

Our family loved the location with walking distance to Tower Bridge. We enjoyed family walks over the bridge each evening around sunset. We got a family room and it was a nice size. Everything was very tidy. Excellent location with many pubs nearby and walking distance to tube/bus stops.
I wished the master bed had a separate room from the sofa bed in the family suite but this is a very minor complaint — everything else was lovely.

South African gentleman on reception was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information which saved us a lot of time as we were only in London for a short time.

We had a wonderful stay at this large, modern hotel. Our stylish room was perfect for us as a couple—comfortable, elegant, and well-equipped.
Since we were only spending a few nights in London, we wanted a hotel in a convenient location, and this one was ideal. It's within walking distance of the Tower of London and close to Tower Hill Underground Station, making it easy to explore the city.
The breakfast was delicious, with both buffet and à la carte options. I chose the Eggs Benedict, and it was an excellent choice.
The entire reception team was friendly and helpful, but we'd especially like to thank Tina. She gave us fantastic tips on how to make the most of our short stay in London, which really enhanced our trip.
This is a nice, clean and comfortable hotel, I would recommend the hotel and I would stay here again. It's a perfect location for convenience stores, restaurants, small parks and it's a 5/10 minute walk to Tower Bridge and river boats.
