Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. It is in a good location near the Tower of London and conveniently near the Tower Hill tube station.

Cons:

The room felt a bit cramped with 4 of us. If it was just two of us, it would have been fine. But since the couch was always pulled out into a bed to accommodate 4 sleepers, it made the room feel small.

Pros:

Geweldig (propere) ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel dat je snel verder helpt en het ontbijt was zeer lekker.
De locatie is makkelijk te bereiken vanuit Eurostar met de metro. Prijs/kwaliteit perfect - Een pareltje!

Séjour au top !
Pros:

Sejour parfait, hôtel tout proche de Tower Hill et du métro. Les plats à la carte du buffet sont très bons. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely lovely, went out of their way to make sure myself and my family had a lovely time. The little touches like the rubber duck and welcome message really added a special touch in the rooms.. The barman every night, Zack I think his name was, was so lovely and even added little biscuits for our daughters which was such a lovely touch. Everyone from reception staff, waiters at breakfast, bar staff were so cheerful and friendly and definitely would make me choose this hotel again.

Pros:

J’ai apprécié la localisation de l’hôtel, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel (merci à Raphaëlla) ainsi que la chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

J’ai moins aimé l’impossibilité de régler la climatisation, entraînant du bruit et trop de froid dans la chambre.

Pros:

Great location -very close to Tower Of London, so managed an Uber on the Thames rather than going on tube.
Staff-very friendly-lovely gentleman on check in
Room-comfy and clean-loved having separate bath and shower
Good selection at breakfast and there till 11am
Matilda who was a member of night team went above and beyond =so helpful!

Cons:

Got back from a concert-bar was closed -so not able to get any coffees/drinks-apart from bottles or beer.
Although tea and coffee facilities in room, just wanted to have a special coffee with a Baileys!
Unable to get any snacks e.g crisps-only popcorn!
Was a night menu but wasn't anything suitable.
Thought as breakfast was till 11am check out would be till 12[no information in bedroom at all],but was actually 11am so went up after breakfast at 11.10 to find locked out of room!

Pros:

Staff we very well presented, and so polite and chatty.
Had a wonderful upgrade to room with a balcony which I loved having my morning coffee on in the beautiful sunshine with the view of tower bridge..and the bed was the best Ive slept in for years! The extra payment for the roses was well worth it 👌
