Hotelzimmer nicht im "System" trotz Online-Check-In
Pros:

Uns wurde ein anderes Hotelzimmer in einem anderem Hotel gebucht (Guter Standart). Die Rechnung wurde auch anstandslos übernommen. (Hatten das ursprüngliche Hotelzimmer bereits im Voraus gezahlt)

Cons:

Wir waren beim Check-In nicht im System und hatten somit kein Hotelzimmer. Welches wir allerdings bereits im Januar gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Selbst den Online-Check-In hatten wir durchgeführt, mit der Bestätigung "erfolgreich", (E-Mails vorab vom Hotel bekommen, mit der Bitte um Online-Check-In)

Einmal und nie wieder.
Pros:

Das in der Hotel-Lobby die Musik der Band lief, zu deren Konzert wir wollten. Das war aber auch das einzige.

Cons:

Unglaublich. Nur englischsprachiges Personal. Dreckige Zimmer (dreckig!), heruntergekommen, unordentlich gemachte Betten. Dusche total ungepflegt und verkalkt. Komische Flecken auf dem Kopfkissen. Und zur Krönung wurde der Übernachtungspreis nochmal von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht.

Der Aufenthalt war OK mit Abstrichen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend durch die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto, ohne durch die Innenstadt zu müssen.

Das Frühstück war inhaltlich OK (Das Brot war aufgebacken, was deutlich spürbar ist) aber mit 27€ klar überteuert.

Das Zimmer war grosszügig und die technischen Einrichtungen haben einwandfrei funktioniert.

Cons:

Wie gesagt, der Preis für das Frühstück war viel zu hoch.

Dann möchte ich erwähnen, dass es an der Reception schwer war, mich zu identifizieren. Das war sowohl bei der Ankunft so, als auch bei der Abreise. Ausserdem hatte ich offenbar ohne Frühstück gebucht, was ich nie tue und wurde dann mit 27€ 'beglückt', die ich SOFORT zu zahlen hätte.

Die Kittfugen und die Brause in der Dusche (Zimmer 108) waren schwarz und sollten wohl mal wieder grundgereinigt werden...

nie wieder, schlechtestes Hotel wo ich je war

gar nichts, einzig die Lage zum Stadion ist gut.

Cons:

90 Minuten für den Check Inn. 1 Person für ca. 100 neue Gäste (Konzert Arena). Zimmer absolut schmutzig, Unterwäsche vom Vormieter im Raum, An der Bar wurden unsere Klamotten geklaut. Keinerlei Interesse des Personals zur Aufklärung. Falscher Betrag (ENTSPRICHT NICHT DEM PREIS VOMN BOOKING.com) uvm.

So schnell wohl nicht wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll. Das Personal freundlich und der Bereich Rezeption und Restaurant sehr nett gestaltet.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Mein Zimmer war nicht sauber nicht gepflegt. Auch für Standard Kategorie inakzeptabel. Der Teppichboden (schon alleine das es noch Teppichboden gibt ist unhygienisch) war an Nähten gerissen über die man stolperte. In der Dusche waren die Behälter für Shampoo und Duschgel abgerissen und standen einfach auf dem Boden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und der kleine Spalt des gekippten Fensters brachte auch keine frische Luft. Die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber und es lagen Haare herum. Alles in allem das Geld keinesfalls wert.
