Für das Geld nie wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage war super und das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Der Fernseher war kaputt, die Handseife war leer, an der Rezeption wurde man nicht wirklich verstanden und sie konnten kaum deutsch.

Personal hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, das Bett war okay. Alles schön sauber.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ungünstig, keinerlei Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Insgesamt viel zu teuer, Preis für das Frühstück mit 27 € pro Person völlig indiskutabel.
Abends bei großer Hitze kein Wasser bzw. Sprudel mehr im Hotel zu erhalten, das finde ich unglaublich schlecht organisiert, habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ein kleines Sprite sollte 5 € kosten, der reinste Nepp!

Pros:

Die Lage zum Stadion ist gut. Straßenbahn und S-Bahn Bahnhöfe in der Nähe. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir schnell je 1 Ventilatorturm. Restaurant Essen ist okay, Bar auch.

Cons:

Klimaanlage wohl schon seit Wochen oder Monaten defekt. Restaurant und Bar am Wochenende geschlossen. Frühstück mit 27 €uro das kostspieligste dass ich bisher erlebt habe aber lange nicht das beste. Es ist okay aber eben zu teuer. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen so dass man auch nachts den Raum nicht abkühlen kann. Allgemein wäre imho für eine Renovierung Zeit.

Hotel kann man für ein langes Wochenende empfehlen.
Pros:

Unterkunft war sauber, Bett war bequem.
Lage war ruhig.
Parkplätze in der Straße und Nebenstraße vorhanden.
Kurzer Fußweg bis zur Sbahn Haltestelle Niederrad.

Cons:

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, Personal an der Rezeption konnte kein Deutsch und das Englisch unverständlich aufgrund des Dialekts.
Man hat wenig erklärt bekommen zu Abläufen (Frrühstückszeiten, Zimmerservice,..)
Dusche mitten im Raum ist auch interessant und hatte ich auch ich noch nie.
Parkplätze mit 25€ pro Tag empfinde ich als teuer.

A complete disappointment — far below Hilton standards
Pros:

I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Frankfurt Niederrad and, as a Hilton Honors Gold member who has stayed at many properties across the chain, this was by far the most frustrating experience I’ve had in a Hilton hotel.

Service and communication

The basics simply didn’t work. Inquiries through the Hilton app went unanswered. A late checkout that was confirmed at arrival was ignored the next morning, with calls to the room as if it had never been discussed. Getting a proper invoice took six reminder emails, more than four phone calls, and four days longer than it should have. One agent forwarded my request to another department, where I was essentially laughed off and told to contact the GM directly.

The bigger problem was the gatekeeping. Multiple requests for the General Manager’s contact details were denied, promised and never delivered, or simply ignored. My main point of contact promised the GM’s number and then went silent. The invoice only arrived after I made clear I would reach out via LinkedIn, since email wasn’t getting a response. Several replies I did receive contained only attachments — no greeting, no message, nothing. Not once during the entire stay or follow-up did I hear a “welcome,” a “thank you for being a Hilton Honors member,” or a simple “sorry” when things went wrong.

Room and facility condition

The maintenance side was equally poor. The shower head and several pieces of furniture were visibly covered in dust. The fridge door was broken and unusable. A light fixture blinked constantly throughout the stay. Even the parking exit barrier was defective.

Bottom line

This wasn’t one bad shift or a single unlucky interaction — it was a consistent pattern of dismissiveness, broken promises, and neglected upkeep across the entire stay. I genuinely had to remind myself this was a Hilton property. If you’re a Hilton Honors member used to a certain standard, or simply expect basic professionalism from a business hotel, look elsewhere in Frankfurt. There are far better options nearby.

Leider eine negative Erfahrung.
Cons:

Leider war das Hotelzimmer schlecht gereinigt. Außerdem zeigten sich viele Hinweise, dass beim Putzen über längere Zeit keiner richtig hingesehen hat. Verkalkte Amaturen, Schimmel im Kühlschrank, Flecken an den Wänden, Haare im Bett. Leider habe ich mich überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt. Auf eine Meldung ans Hotel kam keine Reaktion.

Lage ok, sonst nicht ok.
Pros:

Die Lage, wenn man Termine in Niederrad hat.

Cons:

- das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, Spülstein schmutzig, Toilette schmutzig, Reinigungsmittel stand noch im Bad
- nachts draußen sehr unruhigvaufgrund der Klimaanlagen, Fenster kann man nur kippen, oder eben geschlossen halten. Obwohl ich im 6. Stock war.
- Klimaanlage lässt sich nachts nicht abschalten. Man hat die ganze Zeit das Lüftergeräusch direkt über dem Ohr am Bett.
- keine Handtücher, also habe ich versucht anzufen, aber:
- Rezeption nachts nicht erreichbar, Antwort war kein Teilnehmer.
- Rezeption auch am Morgen nicht erreichbar. Telefonisch, Antwort war kein Teilnehmer. Auch wenn man von außen anruft.
- kein nativ Deutsch sprechendes Personal. Es fühlte sich auch in einer Stelle wirklich freundlich oder herzlich an.
- abschließend gab es dann noch kalte Spiegeleier zum Frühstück.
