Pros:

Staff and dinner was nice

Cons:

Our bathroom was so dirty, shower was terrible, drain was pushing black rubbish back into the shower, view was the fire escape. Steam room floor was disgusting. Breakfast wasn't great either I had eggs royale and the muffins weren't toasted. My partner had avo sourdough and would of needed a steak knife to cut through it.

A great place to treat yourselves
Pros:

The quality of the food was genuinely excellent. We recommend the Cote de Boeuf as how a steak is meant to taste. £75 between two people represents superb value and quality. Writing this makes me want to go back tomorrow.

Cons:

The weather! But the Hotel's facilities made up for that

It didn’t put a foot wrong. Easily recognised hotel expertise providing a wholesome, high quality stay.

Very peaceful setting. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast
Pros:

Very pretty view of the beach. Breakfast was lovely.
Bed was comfortable with good linen.
The bar area is quite charming and welcoming.

Cons:

The outside hot tub was not warm enough. Quite tepid. The dinner wasn’t very good. The staff were very kind, however quite young and felt they needed a bit more of a supervisor on shift to over see the detail. My chocolate fondant was dry 😔

Pros:

Management needs to take control, lots of minor issues which could be addressed with training. Major issue, both lifts out of order apparently for more than a few months. Met a couple who have been regulars for many years and they said they wont be back as a result of their experience.

Very nice stay, food was lovely.
Pros:

We were a party ( post wedding party 8) get together after the wedding , had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. We did ask if we could if possible get an earlier check in - how tot was 15.00

On check out our flights we later in the evening, we asked if we could use the spa earlier afternoon, advise by the reception that there would be a possible additional charge. Due to the time at the hotel, we never had full use of the facilities.

Pros:

Overall best stay during our trip.
Pros:

Great location. Room upgraded for our anniversary with a sweet treat in our room. Beautiful views all around the property. Staff was very nice. Loved the spa area.

Cons:

The elevator didn't work during our visit. It was a little confusing to get to the pool.
