Todo estaba bien
The staff were kind and friendly. The room had everything we needed, and the breakfast was excellent.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and the location is relatively close to the airport, so occasional noise from landing and taking off airplanes could be heard.

Struttura in posizione comoda e silenziosa. Bagno pulito, Parcheggio gratuito disponibile. Personale della reception accogliente e professionale.
La colazione è completamente da rivedere: non è accettabile trovare pezzi di guscio di uova nelle uova sbattute. In generale la qualità del cibo servito a colazione è molto bassa. Personale della sala colazioni assolutamente non all'altezza di un 4 stelle.

La colazione andava bene, ma avrei preferito più scelta di salato.
Almeno il parcheggio era buono ( il garage però è veramente stretto ),lo staff era molto gentile

La camera aveva un forte odore. Il bagno era vecchio. I cuscini terribili. La colazione scarsa per la parte dolce mentre la parte salata era terribile
Non consiglierei a nessuno questo posto.
Comodità all aeroporto e al centro di Bergamo. Ottima colazione, stanza silenziosa e pulita,bel bagno con doccia.
