Enjoyable stay, well rested and great breakfast to start our day!
Pros:

The property was in a great
Location. 15 minute walk to the central part of town. The entire property was clean and well cared for. We booked a sea view with a patio and used it every day for coffee and wine. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had great showers and nice towels. The service was great and the breakfast was delicious!

Perfect location for our honeymoon spent 2 amazing weeks there .
Pros:

Ideal location , great views over the bay , short walk into town , staff extremely friendly and helpful , rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean and spacious , breakfast good quality and plenty of choice , drinks tasty and reasonable prices .

Cons:

You have to be careful crossing the road into town as it is on the corner and no path .

Nice hotel up the hill
Pros:

Beautiful and clean hotel. Location is tricky on the hill and tough to walk to town. AC worked great. Lovely breakfast on the terrace. Staff was lovely, spoke English.

Was very nice stay
Pros:

Nice views, nice room, nice pool, location is a bit far from town but not something too terrible, I guess you trade the distance for the quit surrounding and views.

Cons:

We took the room with the balcony and sea views. You get great views but no privacy, the different balcony of the sea side rooms don’t have good separation so you kind of share the balcony with your neighbors, and also they don’t allow you to have sun beds on your balcony which is a shame.

The staff is mostly friendly, but when we needed help for booking a taxi, they were a bit aggressive, we were a bit hesitant to book and said no when hearing the price and time available, and after a minute of thinking we reconsider and asked to book, they were angry with us we didn’t say yes when they asked first. I think they can simply say it not available anymore, even if it only a minute after they offered it, and not get angry with us.

Amazing views, rooms, and staff! So worth the money!
Pros:

The front desk staff were so helpful, they got us checked in early and helped arrange a taxi on check out day! The view was amazing and the room, bathroom, and balcony were exceptional!

Great hotel, would return.
Pros:

Town within walking distance -about 15 mins. Lovely friendly staff. Room clean. Towels changed daily, bed made etc. Breakfast was buffet style which was fine. Great views from our veranda and elsewhere in hotel-of sparkling sea, Sorrento and Vesuvius in the distance. Lush foliage around verandas. There is an upper sun deck with loungers, even better views-fantastic view of the sun setting from there.

Cons:

Only gripe was not enough storage in room-drawers in particular
