Pros:

Staff was very frindly and helpful. I love the kitchen, having the ability to reheat or cook food and do my own laundry.

Cons:

In the historic part of the hotel, the AC was turned off and the hallways. A very humid walking to my room. Mold, in the corner of the shower. The way the carpet smell in the room. The hot tub temperature not Hot. Was about 90 degree. When I got my car back after checking out , I Was a quarter tank low. The next time I will remember to take a picture of the odometer and gas level.

Nice Stay Near Union Station
Pros:

It was in a fairly easy location for access to Union station either by walk or subway. The facilities overall were nice. Clean, but not ridiculously clean and could use a bit more deep clean for the price this hotel was. The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious.

Cons:

The lobby was very loud and party like at an 11:30 pm or so arrival.

Goede plek om Toronto (wat een leuke stad is) te ontdekken,
Pros:

Ligging, mooi uitzicht. Vraag tegen betaling naar een hoge Lake view kamer. Wij zaten op verdieping 38.

Cons:

Bar in de lobby was niet echt uitnodigend. Als je in de ochtend het balie personeel begroeten kreeg je geen antwoord. Jammer ze zijn toch het visitekaartje,

Perfect location to explore Toronto and very close to the subway for getting the train from the airport. The hotel facilities were good with an excellent coffee shop next door. The room was spacious and comfy and nice and quiet. All the reception team were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

眺望(建物の吹き抜け部に面しており窓からはコンクリートの壁しか見えない)、その点を考慮すると宿泊費が高く感じる。

Pros:

ljubazno osoblje prilikom check-in.

Cons:

dobivena soba je bila na 16 katu a teretana na 17. , u sobi 1606 se je čula strašna buka bacanja utega kroz cijeli period boravka . U 9h u jutro su se čuli građevinski radovi što nije bilo ugodno. Doručak nije uključen u cijenu. Parking hotela je skuplji od susjednog parkinga pa je dodatna manevra sa autom i stvarima.
