Una estancia muy agradable y el hotel cerca de todo
Pros:

Una estancia muy agradable. Nos alojamos en las habitaciones de la torre y todo estuvo muy bien. Era una suite y estaba muy limpia. El personal muy amable. Además sin problema con el ascensor. No teníamos desayuno incluido pero tienen una cafetería con buenos precios al lado. Su mejor característica es que estaba cerca de todo. Si volviese me volvería alojar en este hotel. Muy recomendable

Ótima escolha
Pros:

Fomos muito bem recebidos por todos. No hotel tem um concierge brasileiro, Matheo, o que nos deixou ainda mais felizes. Ele nos deu dicas sobre bons restaurantes próximos ao hotel, supermercado e passeios. A localização do hotel é muito boa, fizemos a maioria dos passeios a pé. Gostei bastante e voltaria com certeza. Nosso quarto tinha vista para a cidade, ficamos no 22° andar.

Cons:

Não ter a opção de incluir café da manhã na diária, embora tenha Tim Hortons e outras opções ali perto, incluindo um café do próprio hotel com opções à la carte.

Wonderful downtown Toronto hotel
Pros:

Everything. Clean, comfortable, incredible location and amazing staff. Everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel for future visits.

I would of stayed longer if I could.
Pros:

The style, the design was beautifully done, the location being close to everything. Loved the staff. So friendly and genuine. Very polite too. The food was also exquisite at the bar downstairs.

Cons:

I can’t say I didn’t like anything.
