Important information:

Please note that the children's program, animation & entertainment activities are available from beginning of May to mid October.

Any type of extra beds or baby cots is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Extra charges will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Central air-conditioning is available in the resort free of charge from 1/6 to 30/9.

Sun Beach Resort Complex participates in the Greek Breakfast Initiative by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.

Kindly note number of beds and extra person beds displayed are the maximum a room type can provide. Bedding provided, will always be adjusted based on the actual occupancy booked.

Please note all room types have single beds except the deluxe and premium apartments that have a king sized double bed in the bedroom. The Queen sized double bed option provided is 2 single beds pushed together with a mattress topper, forming a double bed. Family rooms can take an additional camp bed for the 4th person.

Important Information regarding credit / debit card payments:
- Kindly note the card used to make your reservation as well as the cardholder associated with the card will need to be present during the check in process. Failure to do so will entitle the hotel to request alternative payment methods or decline the reservation.
- When company cards are used, the cardholder and the card will need to be physically present upon check in.
- Company cards with the company name used as the cardholder name, can no longer be accepted as a valid payment method.

-Please note Infinity adults only pool and Azure Adults only pool bar ath the beachfront wing section of the resort, are accessible only by guests over the age of 16 years old.

-The resort consists of two wings: All room types with sea view are located in the Beachfront Wing, while all room types with garden view are located in the Garden Wing, except the Superior Kids Suites Garden view & Deluxe Suites Garden View which are located in the Beachfront Wing.

מדהים ומאוד נהננו היינו חוזרים שוב !

לקחנו הכל כלול, בהגעה למלון גילינו שהזמנו 2 חדרים במתחם השני והישן יותר
טינה אחראית קשרי לקוחות באותו הרגע דאגה לנו, לקחה אותנו לסיור במלון להראות לנו את סוגי החדרים ונתנה לנו לבחור ממגוון החדרים
בסוף שדרגנו לחדר המשפחתי שכלל סלון בנפרד עם 2 מיטות יחיד כמו ספה ועוד כורסא נפתחת
בחלל הנפרד היה יחידה להורים -זוג עם מקלחת ומטבחון

ארוחת הבוקר בצד המחודש מדהימה, מגוונת, מלאה בכל טוב, תמיד ממלאים חדש וטרי ושלא יהיה ריק
תמיד היה מבחר- ארוחה אמריקאית כך שהיה הרבה לא כשר, חביתות בהכנה, איזור לילדים נגיש יותר

Pros:

Important note: There are several wings in the hotel. We stayed in the beachfront (newly renovated wing), and took the self-catering package, so I have no comments on the food quality, or the room quality in the non-renovated part. But wow, the room was incredible, everything felt brand new (appliances, etc. honestly, maybe it was), the apartment is comfortable and extremely well maintained, with a great view. Daily cleaning service with bottled water provided was a nice touch. I would not hesitate to stay there again since the apartment was so nice. Also, the room had a kids table and chairs which our two year old loved, and that's not something that you can even search for.
Blackout curtains! Amazing.

Cons:

Honestly with the high-quality of the room, it makes these things feel nit-picking, but a few dodgy decisions prevent the resort from being 10/10:
A couch in the room would have been nice, the single sleeper couch is very uncomfortable.
The kitchen is well stocked, but missing bowls and could do with a few more cups. Good enough though.
There are no shower doors, just a half-pane of glass, causing the bathroom floor to get very wet.
The sun beds on the "private beach" are at an extra €5 cost and the sun beds at the adults only pool are subject to a €10 bar spend - really unclassy decisions that makes it seem that the management are chasing small cash at the expense of guest satisfaction, quite pitiful.
There are tons of facilities at the hotel but it is very unclear how to use them. Is there equipment for the mingolf or ping pong available to borrow? Games for the Playstation in the room? What is the entertainment schedule for the kid's miniclub? There is no explanation of the resort, it needs more self-advertising, I should need to hunt down information.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

We got upgraded to a newly renovated apartment on the beachfront side.
Very comfortable stay with a toddler.
Hotel is almost split between two sides a road. Would definately reccommend the beachfront side.

Cons:

Everything was perfect for our two night stay.

Pros:

il faisait frais donc nous n'avons pas beaucoup profité de la plage :-)) mais les enfants ont profité de la piscine
l'appartement était très confortable, le buffet gagnerait à être un peu plus varié et ce serait super si vous faisiez un buffet avec uniquement des menus grecques !! c'est dommage de ne pas profiter plus de votre bonne cuisine

Cons:

le seul regret concerne les personnes qui sont censées nous renseigner sur les lieux à visiter et les excursions proposées.... personne qui sont à un bureau à part, à part celles là les personnes de la réception, des différents restaurants et le personnel en général sont très agréables

A nice hotel in a beautiful location
Pros:

Beautiful view of the sea from our balcony. Great choice of pools and staff were friendly and helpful. Nice food for breakfast, buffet had an excellent choice. Room was comfortable and well equipped with kitchen items.

Cons:

Early in the season lots of refurbishment still happening so it was a bit noisy at times by the pool. Some places still dirty, wires ganging out etc. The gym wasn’t good at all, too small, machines were old and not plugged in. Weights were mismatched, old and not enough for everyone.
