Important information:

Please note that the children's program, animation & entertainment activities are available from beginning of May to mid October.

Any type of extra beds or baby cots is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Extra charges will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Central air-conditioning is available in the resort free of charge from 1/6 to 30/9.

Sun Beach Resort Complex participates in the Greek Breakfast Initiative by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.

Kindly note number of beds and extra person beds displayed are the maximum a room type can provide. Bedding provided, will always be adjusted based on the actual occupancy booked.

Please note all room types have single beds except the deluxe and premium apartments that have a king sized double bed in the bedroom. The Queen sized double bed option provided is 2 single beds pushed together with a mattress topper, forming a double bed. Family rooms can take an additional camp bed for the 4th person.

Important Information regarding credit / debit card payments:
- Kindly note the card used to make your reservation as well as the cardholder associated with the card will need to be present during the check in process. Failure to do so will entitle the hotel to request alternative payment methods or decline the reservation.
- When company cards are used, the cardholder and the card will need to be physically present upon check in.

-Please note Infinity adults only pool and Azure Adults only pool bar ath the beachfront wing section of the resort, are accessible only by guests over the age of 16 years old.

-The resort consists of two wings: All room types with sea view are located in the Beachfront Wing, while all room types with garden view are located in the Garden Wing, except the Superior Kids Suites Garden view & Deluxe Suites Garden View which are located in the Beachfront Wing.

Bra hotell, barnevennlig og topp service. Litt kjedelig beliggenhet og en liten. Men alt i alt bra!
Pros:

Frokosten hadde mye bra, Beliggenheten er ok hvis man skal være på hotellet eller ikke ønsker å farte så mye. Byen er veldig liten, med begrenset utvalg, men topp for en uke. Ønsker man å se mer av øya, burde man velge noe annet. Gode fasiliteter på hotellet med topp service og fine områder på selve hotellet. Fine, rene basseng og bassengområder.
Violeta i frokosten er helt fantastisk, i tillegg til Marina, Georg og Jacob som alle gjorde en topp jobb for at vi skulle ha det bra på ferie.

Cons:

savner litt mer grønt (avokado/bær osv) i tillegg til ferskpresset appelsinjuice eller litt mer naturlige juicer. Ellers kan de godt spe på med mer krydder, alt smaker det samme.

Il designer , la location era molto bella e il cibo buffet incluso abbondante e molto buono

Cons:

Ho trovato un po strano il fatto di dover pagare , oltre al prezzo già speso, anche il lettino giornaliero sul mare insomma sullo stabilimento della struttura, do per scontato che chi è della struttura , dunque ha già un soggiorno abbondantemente pagato , abbia l’accesso gratuito ai lettini della spiaggia. Forse sarà che negli altri resort era così quindi è stata l’unica cosa che ho trovato strana . Per il resto molto molto bella

PERFECT Two Bedroom Superior Suite Apartment Sea View
Pros:

Užsakėme numerį su vaizdu į jūrą (tiksliau Two Bedroom Superior Suite Apartment Sea View). Mūsų apartamentai buvo 1-oje eilėje palei jūrą, tad jis buvo tobulas. Erdvus, viskas nauja, tvarkinga. Apartamentuose buvo virtuvėlė su visais buities prietaisais, arbata, kava. Pats kompleksas susideda iš kelių pastatų. Turint ALL inclusive Pusryčiai buvo viename pastate, pietūs/vakarienė kitame (perėjus gatvelę). Teritorija didelė, labai prižiūrėta, išpuoselėta. Prie Jūros daug gultų ( itin patogūs, minkšti odiniai gultai. Turint ALL inclusive- nemokamai, kitu atveju 5 eur./ už lovą dienai. Baseinas nėra itin didelis, pirmoje dienos pusėje gauti laisvų gultų nelabai pavyko. Bet negavus gultų galima atsisėsti tikrai erdvioje restorano prie baseino zonoje. Vaikų baseinas nedidelis, tačiau tvarkingas. 0,6 m. gylio su vaikiška čiuožykla. Teritorijoje buvo ir įspūdingai gražus Infinity Pool tik suaugusiems ( įleidžiami asmenys tik nuo 16 m.). Pusryčiai kiekvienam stiliui- nuo sausų pusryčių iki omleto, sūrių, mėsos. Automobilių parkingas - erdvus šalia viešbučio esančioje aikštelėje ( nemokamas).

Cons:

Vienintelis minusas - pietų/vakarienės metu tikėjausi daugiau Jūros gėrybių pasirinkimo.
Papludimys su didesniais akmenukais - tad maudytis basomis skausminga, reikalingi plaukimo batai.
NETOLIESE yra oro uostas, tad lėktuvų per dieną/naktį kyla leidžiasi labai daug- tad jei esate jautrus garsui, gali nepatikti. Mūsų šeimai buvo savotiška pramoga - stebėti kokios avialinijos ir pan.- tad netrukdė.

Smukt hotel med masser af muligheder flot udsigt og gode senge.
Pros:

Hotellet har smukt indrettede udenomsarealer. Vi havde et rigtig dejligt værelse med fantastisk udsigt til både solopgang og solnedgang og dejlige senge.

Cons:

Der mangler parasoller ved infinity-poolen og vandet var meget koldt. Udstyret i fitnesscentret trængte også til reparation.

Pros:

היינו קבוצה גדולה של משפחה מורחבת- 15 אנשים ב6 חדרים. לקחנו ארוחת בוקר בלבד, לא הכל כלול.
השירות, מכל צוות העובדים, היה מדהים! תמיד עם חיוך ונכונות אמיתית לעזור ולפתור בעיות.
המיקום מצוין, ממש על החוף וקרוב מאוד לשדרה המרכזית של יאליסוס עם כל המסעדות והחנויות.

Cons:

המזרנים במיטות ענקיים אבל ממש רכים, לא לכולם זה התאים.
בחלק מהחדרים המזגן היה קצת חלש.
סך הכל מקום מאוד מומלץ למשפחות בהרכב שלנו, ובכלל

Curățenia zilnica in camera.

Cons:

Foarte gălăgioasa camera, probabil de la ventilare sau alte. La del si prietenii noștri cazați la alt etaj si in alt bloc au fost deranjați de gălăgia in camera. Foarte mare curent, ca nu era posibil sa stai cu ușa balconului deschisa.
Șampon de corp foarte necalitativ.

Alul van pontozva itt a booking.com-on, sokkal jobb volt az egy hetes nyaralásunk mint gondoltuk volna:)
Pros:

Közel volt a reptérhez. Családbarát szálloda.Gyönyörű volt a tengerpartra néző része. A személyzet 5*, kedvesek voltak nagyon.Mindennap takarítottak, törölközőt cseréltek, tiszta volt minden. Sokszínű program lehetőség van amit a szálloda intéz(kisvonat, buszjáratok,animációs programok)
Az ételek változatosak voltak minden este más tematika volt.

Cons:

A franciaágy két különálló ágyból állt, ami azt eredményezte hogy szétcsúsztak az ágyak, ez kicsit kellemetlen volt.

המקום היחיד שלעולם לא נחזור אליו .חווית שירות גרועה. התנערות מאחריות, תודעת שירות 0!

גם אם היה מה לאהוב, החוויה בכללי הייתה גרועה!

Cons:

חוויה מאכזבת. בילינו שני לילות ללא שינה בגלל שהמזגן באחד החדרים שלנו לא עבד כמו שצריך במהלך החום הקיצוני. במקום לקחת אחריות, המלון התעקש שהכל בסדר, אפילו לאחר שסיפק מאוורר ועיכב את החלפת החדר שלנו ליום המחרת. בסופו של דבר הם הציעו עיסוי של 30 דקות כפיצוי, וזה פשוט לא מספיק לשני לילות בלי שינה מספקת. בעיות יכולות להתרחש בכל מקום. מה שחשוב הוא איך המלון מגיב. לרוע המזל, השירות וחוסר האחריות היו הרבה מתחת לסטנדרט המצופה ממלון ארבעה כוכבים
