A very comfortable stay, great for families, and excellent food
Pros:

We came with our one year old and loved how convenient everything was. The pool was large, the children’s pool was fun for the little ones and the playroom inside was a huge plus. The staff in the children’s area really made sure that our little one had a great time! Everyone was super welcoming and there were a lot of activities that we were able to take part in. Also, the food was great!

Cons:

Klima hat nicht funktioniert im Speisesaal und Zimmer war keine Klima sondern nur über eine Lüftung klimatisiert.
Essen war beim Frühstück einseitig, Wurscht und Käse war warm auf Grund der nicht funktionierten Klimaanlage ( Probleme bei Milchprodukte!!!! )
Speisen die kalt sein sollten waren warm.
Bade Regeln wurden ignoriert ( kein Bademeister, es wurde von allen Seiten in den Pool gesprungen, Badezeiten wurden ignoriert.
Jugendlich besuchten den Resort was kein Gäste waren und lärmenden und Belästigten die zahlenden Kunden.

Stay away from this hotel! Really bad experience!
Pros:

It is hard to judge a hotel that at 100F+ outside temperature does not have a working A/C for 5+ days and does absolutely nothing to solve the problem or help its guests. No fans, no warning to elderly, no apology. With the temp of 93F inside the hotel we had no option but to leave the hotel asap!

Cons:

The hotel did not have an A/C for past 5+ days with no fix in sight, The hotel still continued accepting reservations although they new very well that the guests shall be "cooked" at 95F while the outside temp was 100F+. We quickly left the hotel and booked another one with a working A/C. The hotel management has still tried to charge us!
Attached photos show the temperature of 33C (92F) and 34C (93F) on the elevator display at the lobby on June 29th and 30th 2026. The outside temperature at that moment was above 100F. Clear proof that the A/C was not working. We did a video of the miserable conditions, but booking.com does not accept videos.

Update July 2nd 2026: Hotel management decided not to charge us

Pros:

The hotel is ok, the superior room with the sea view was on the right side but the trees are bigger then the view ,so the view was on the trees. Elevators are old for a Falkenstien group.

Cons:

The eating area was without air conditioning on a hot week in Croatia. The staff had a blast ,I'm sure just like we did. No mechanic for 5 days , exhausting. Hope they got it fixed.

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.
Verpflegung und Getränke sehr gut.

Cons:

Klimaanlage funktionierte weder auf dem Zimmer noch im Speisesaal.
Außentemperatur 35°. KEIN KOMMENTAR MEHR.

Nach dem Essen wurde das Geschirr zu schnell und hektisch abgeräumt.
Man hatte das Gefühl der Fließbandarbeit.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hatten ein wunderschönes Wetter

Cons:

Die klima im zimmer ist ein bisschen besser gegangen wie im Speiseraum da war keine Klimaanlage. Das wäre supper wenn das gerichtet wird . Und wegen dem shuttle zum Strand gehört besser organisiert.
Und das Bad war leider nicht ganz sauber

Pros:

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer für den Preis von 292 Euro war ein Witz. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Abendessen mittelmäßiges Kantinenessen. Zimmer und Gesamtanlage nicht sauber. Badezimmer inkl WC sehr klein.

Pros:

Das Essen war super, das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen Skorpion und Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage ging mehrere Tage nicht.
Am Pool werden keine Regeln eingehalten,Erwachsene und Kinder springen rein wie es ihnen passt, Gläser fallen runter sodass auch Scherben im Pool landen.
