Brilliant hotel. In a prime position. The staff can’t do enough for you. Buffet breakfast has everything you might want for breakfast. Pool restaurant and bar is wonderful. Big thanks to Roco. Who again has made our stay wonderful we will return.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. On arrival we were kindly upgraded and our room near the pool (603b) was absolutely beautiful. So spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel website really doesn't do this hotel justice, it's far better! Breakfast is wonderful with such a good selection and you can choose to sit inside or outside. The pool area is immaculate in amongst the lemon trees and the pool bar service, drinks and food are fabulous. Perfect location too. Overall I would give this hotel 11/10 and I can't wait to return.
My wife and I spent six nights at this wonderful hotel right in the heart of Sorrento. It’s one block from the main Square and the pedestrian friendly avenue with tons of shops and Restaurants. It’s also about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the marina to catch the ferries for day trips to Capri, and the Amalfi Coast cities, and other destinations. The rooms were large and clean, we were in 604 which has a small balcony facing out into the alleyway. We liked being in this room (which is actually on the second floor) because it was on the same level as the pool and garden and snack bar. Very convenient. The included morning breakfast was spectacular and the outdoor pool and garden marvelous. After a long day of exploring, coming back to a beautiful pool for an afternoon swim was so refreshing and enjoyable. I already mentioned the location is perfect. There are literally hundreds of shops and restaurants in the area of the hotel. When we return to Sorrento, we will make this hotel our homebase again. And check out the photos.

Nice hotel with the cutest little but comfy balconies. You can't beat the location ! Perfect! The pool area is very nice, however the pool loungers are those with strings. Very uncomfortable. 30 mins in a lounger and you need a chiropractor. Not sure why Sorrento hotels use these Italian sunbeds as most of the hotel guest are from abroad. We stay 3 days and every single day almost every guest complained about the loungers. You just can't sit in them properly and forget sitting by the pool and reading your book. Breakfast was good, they give you your own coffee pot which we appreciated however every day the eggs were cold.
This is a beautiful hotel located just one block from Sorrento's main square, making it the perfect location for exploring the town. The rooms are fresh, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff—they are friendly, kind, and always willing to help. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento.

We stayed in this excellent hotel for a week. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and first class service. The garden and pool area are beautiful, shaded by lovely orange and lemon trees. A snack lunch there is a very enjoyable experience.
It was truly elegant. Great location in Sorrento. A very quiet atmosphere. One of the best pool areas in the world. The photos online don't do it justice. The staff was amazing and friendly. Thank you!
