Pros:

das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch die Lage des Hotels mitten im Geschehen, war super.

Cons:

das Frühstück war nicht gut. zb Kein frisch gepresster Orangensaft, die Auswahl an salzigen Speisen war sehr klein. Nur mit den Mehlspeisen konnte das Frühstück punkten.
Die Unterkunft ist seht hellhörig. Immer wenn jemand die Zimmertür zumachte krachte es in unserem Zimmer.
Wir waren im 1. Stock untergebracht, neben dem Serviceroom und ständig ging dort das Personal ein und aus und das schon in der Früh. Viel zu laut um auszuschlafen bzw ruhig zu schlafen. Schade um das Hotel, abet wir kommen leider nicht mehr.

3rd Visit to our favourite hotel.
Pros:

Just back from our 3rd stay.
We first visited in 2022 and it's lovely to see that several staff members are still there in 2026.
Lovely clean room on the 4th floor.
Breakfast and lunch were fabulous.
Swimming pool so peaceful and relaxing.
Piazzo Tasso on the doorstep with great restaurants.
Will be back again soon for another stay.

Great hotel, location, and staff
Pros:

Although our request for a room away from the elevator was not fulfilled, our stay was almost perfect. The reception/concierge staff were extremely polite and helpful with all our questions during our time.

The pool and breakfast team including Rocco, Salvatore, and Nobody (yes, his name) were excellent and went above and beyond. Amazing people and exceptional service.

The Comfort Room was the perfect size for a couple. Very clean and maintained daily. The hotel pool was a fantastic retreat from the heat (oppressive August heat). The hotel location is absolutely perfect with the main piazza for shopping and dining literally 2 minutes walking distance.

The breakfast buffet had everything from eggs to pastries to coffee to fruit.

One thing to note, water and soft drinks in your mini-bar are not free, whereas other places we stayed in Italy they were complimentary.

My reviews are always listed to give travelers my honest perspective. I would highly recommend staying here.

Splendido soggiorno nel cuore di Sorrento

Mi piace tornare in questa struttuta di eccellenza per la posizione, la qualità dei servizi offerti ,la professionalità puntuale di tutto il personale .Stanze molto belle ,piscina bella e pulita ,colazione dvvero eccellente .Ottimo il bar e la possibilità di pranzare in loco con un menù fresco e di alta qualità .Ottimi i drink serviti al bar della piscina e all'interno .Lo consiglio vivamente
