A delightful stay by the ocean
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, kitchen was lovely. Overlooking beautiful ocean

Cons:

Felt they should have grab bars in the tub. I mentioned it but they said they just put them in the handicap rooms.

Awful and dirty
Pros:

My family and I are platinum members for over 10 years. We typically go every year to the Orlando Exploria and I regret not going back there after my stay here so far.
We were told no late check outs as it’s peak which is understandable. However, we waited a while to get our room due to the reservation before us taking an extra “two hour” late check out upon themselves. Anyway, not the resorts fault in this situation I guess.
HOWEVER, when we finally got into our room the beds and sheets were disgusting. Stains and crumbs, as if they didn’t even change the bedding from the previous reservation. We called the desk and were grateful for the two men that came in and changed everything right away and apologized.
The couches were DRENCHED in cleaning product, I had to shower immediately after sitting on them.
3 hours later we realized the refrigerator does not work at all. We have over 200$ worth of food in it as we are here for a body building competition. We called downstairs and two men came up immediately, agreed the fridge was “luke warm and not overstocked at all”. They took a picture and we have not heard back on the next steps, it’s been over an hour. We now cancelled our dinner reservations AND our night plans while we sit and wait for a course of action while our food sits in a warm refrigerator.
This is a disgrace.

Great view
Pros:

Great beach walk and sunrise. The view is amazing. We saw dolphins every single day form our room. For fireworks we didn’t have to go far as we were able to watch from the pool deck

Amazing Resort
Pros:

Resort was immaculate. Staff were all very friendly. Unit (beach side) was beautiful (even though no balcony). Kitchen/bathrooms updated. Bed was very comfortable. Two pools and a jacuzzi too. Steps from beach. Great location. Fantastic place to stay.

Excellent experience. Only improvement would be the luggage cart situation.
Pros:

Great place to stay for a family of 4. Room was spacious. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Excellent water pressure in shower. Beautiful floor to ceiling view of pool and ocean. Excellent value for the amount of space. Convenient location to grocery store and restaurants. Less crowed on the beach versus locations to the North and South.

Cons:

Hallways on all levels are narrow which makes moving the luggage carts to and from the elevators challenging. The size of luggage carts are too big for the narrow hallways and small elevators. When you are waiting at the elevator the luggage carts take up so much space that other guests can't get by you. Wheels on luggage carts only swivel on one end making it very difficult to get the carts in and out of the elevator as you need to make a 90 degree turn in order for the cart to fit in and out of the elevators. The hotel needs to consider getting some different luggage carts or at least modify the ones they have. The luggage carts they have are designed for much larger hallways and elevators.

college dorm room
Pros:

this room remind me of a clean college dorm style. nothing extra plain bed, chairs, table and sofa. no decor or nice style.

Good
Pros:

Place was clean and the view was wonderful

Cons:

They close the gates to get to the beach at ten and only the bottom floor has access you have to go out and walks about a mile to get to the beach and back, they also didn’t seem to have kept an eye on parking spaces and they had people parking in “no parking spots”
