Overall, had a great time and would return!
Pros:

The location was great! I was there for a girls trip. Our room was nice. Ocean view with balcony.

Cons:

The parking garage was probably the least favorite. Had a couple close calls with people pulling around the corner when we coming in.

Needs to be better!!!

Great location for beach access and beach views

Cons:

Honestly remodeling needs to be done. A lot of water damage from the ceilings, elevator issues especially when your on the 12th floor, rooms not clean-loose hair in the bed, bathroom, no ice machines, light fixtures in the room, housekeeping not thoroughly cleaning rooms (a whole pack of Oreos was left in the drew in the room). I never have stay at the beach and felt so disgusted. I wish I would of took pictures to include

Not bad for a mini vacay.
Pros:

We loved the location, so close to the beach. Our room was decent. Recent partial remodeling.

Cons:

Getting into the parking deck was very awkward. Sharp turn into a steep ramp & you could not see oncoming exiting drivers. Restaurant was closed, but we didn't know that til we went to eat there. Only 1 deck chair. AC was pretty loud.

Complete and utter trash!

The rooms were dirty, they had moldy pizza sitting out side our room when we showed up, our bed had only a flat sheet on it and when I asked for a blanket they gave me attitude and said that there is none. The shower head only hit the top of the back wall of the shower stall so showering was a chore and a half. Will never go again just spend the extra money and get a better place.

Cons:

I booked online and they waited 3-4 weeks to tell me that I can’t stay there unless I booked for 2 days in a row! They canceled my reservation even after it was an option online for me to book for 1 night stay!

Will not stay again ever

Cons:

It had roaches and I could not sleep from anxiety of roaches crawling everywhere slept with the lights on so they wouldn’t come out bc when we had the lights off they was running everywhere not only one but a lot I didn’t even leave my things in there overnight and we checked out an hr early would have earlier but I was $100 and they took a $150 deposit and $11 for parking just not worth it at all so unsanitary.

I hope they renovate this place good and get rid of the bugs and the lazy housekeepers

I liked the ocean view and the staff at the front desk were nice and the shower was nice that’s the only thing oh and it was a nice size tv in the room

Cons:

Didn’t like that the lady from the front desk had to come change the linens on one of the beds due to blood from the housekeeper not doing her job correcting and the nice lady from front desk did. Forgot her name but she has a short hair cut glasses and very sweet.
