Pros:

Lived the layout, location was excellent and the staff was great. We stayed in 5 hotels over our week traveling through Colorado and this was easily the best of the bunch

Good location but the rooms are not well maintained and prepped for guests.
Pros:

The location and distance to CSU was wonderful. Your front desk staff is friendly.

Cons:

The room smelled musty. The charge for parking was unexpected but was eventually waived when we were moved several times. We were transferred to another room which didn't have a fridge and finally moved to room 510. The bathroom fan doesn't work in room 510.

Expensive. Plus pay for parking. Very noisy. 5/10. Never again.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. Room was right across from elevators and very noisy all night long as groups chose to gather and talk once off the elevator. You have to pay for parking!!!!—NOT disclosed at reservation. Totally bogus for a room and facility of this cost.

Despite some challenges with the facility, overall it’s a great place to stay.
Pros:

Great location, incredible staff, and loved the Mountain View.

Cons:

There was only one elevator which resulted in significantly excessive wait times throughout the day. At one point the only working elevator stopped working and several of us guests had to climb the stairs to get to our rooms.

Adequate, but non working elevator was certainly an issue

Cons:

They only 2 elevators. One was out of service the WHOLE time we were there. We are seniors and were on the 7th of 9 floors. The sign on the bad elevator said we’d have to use the stairs if there was an emergency. My husband uses a cane and can’t do stairs. I have bad arthritis in my left knee. I could have done the stairs, but would have been very slow. Guess my husband would have died 🤷‍♀️. We certainly would have asked for a room on a lower floor had we’d known. 5 days down is very unacceptable

Frustrated! I paid too much for this stay.
Pros:

Clean rooms. Maid service came daily. Brussels sprouts are so good! Wait staff and bartenders are so nice.

Cons:

Look, I have always loved staying here. One elevator is broken so everyone has to share one elevator. Stairs don’t seem connected so if you take the stairs you have to like cross the floor to get to the final stairwell. They refilled coffee and cream every day but today. I called to ask for cream, like this is my checkout day. I can’t really get in the shower or anything til I get it. After waiting for 30 minutes I go down and get it myself and it was delivered while I was gone.🙄

I am usually in the habit of checking that nightly. They filled it every day but today and then I didn’t check. It looked like everything was refilled but not cream.

Also, I never had hand soap the entire time.

People’s dog would bark in the hallway when I was trying to fall asleep. I usually don’t mind dogs at all but definitely barking dogs this time which is frustrating.
