The room was very spacious, the bathroom was very modern and clearn - all in all a very nice experience. We also loved the location of the hotel! Comfy bed as well!
The room got stuffy - very small windows that you could only open both at once, so you couldn't tilt them. But not a big problem.
The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with convenient tram and bus connections to other parts of the city. It was also within walking distance of the old town and city centre, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The lobby also had a gym, a mini bar, and a meeting room, which was convenient for guests who wanted to exercise, relax, or have a meeting.
The washbasin had an unpleasant smell when I turned on the tap. The WiFi connection was also occasionally unstable. Finally, I was not very familiar with the electrical sockets used in Switzerland, but I found the socket was narrow and recessed. Even the plug of the hot-water kettle provided in the room did not fit the socket, which I found rather odd. I had to use an adapter even for my European laptop plug.

Staff member was arrogant and show bad attitude . I had a request but stubborn and no sign of hospitality. Felt like a stranger to them. They did not like me I can tell. No we cant NO!!! It impossible!! No. This is what you get.
It was very clean and the staff is veeery kind! They helped us a lot! The woman in the restaurant and the guys in the reception was very kind. Thank you very much
The sofa. It was very uncomfortable the first night, I asked for another mattress.
Location was really good for trams / bus to lake (a few stops )

Excelente localização, temos as paragens dos transportes públicos mesmo perto e estamos a menos de 10 minutos do lago de transportes públicos. Os empregados super simpáticos e atenciosos. Tivemos um problema na casa de banho, no dia a seguir trocaram nos de quarto sem qualquer problema. Ficamos no quarto 201
