Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful location right next to the Vistula River. It was very clean and peaceful—surprisingly quiet, in fact. I slept like a baby. Although we had a small language barrier with one of the evening staff members, everything was sorted out the next morning with another member of staff. They were very helpful and made sure our issue was resolved. The breakfast was delicious, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The only minor issue was the language barrier with one of the evening staff members. However, I understand that not everyone is expected to speak English fluently, and our issue was resolved quickly the next morning. It didn't affect my overall experience or my rating of the hotel.

Brudno, niemiło, śniadanie poniżej oczekiwań. Wykładziny do zmiany. Pokój mały, raczej na jedno a nie dwa łóżka. Fatalny dojazd. Nie skorzystam ponownie i nie polecam. Tak nocowałem będąc w liceum a to było 40 lat temu.

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and even allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. Great service, great atmosphere—I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside was that no one informed me that the restaurant would be closed on Saturday for dinner due to a private event in another hall. It would have been helpful to know this in advance so I could make other plans.
