Right by bus stop and easy walk to Aguille de Midi and downtown. Staff was excellent. Slushies upon arrival.
Expensive to store luggage - 10 € per day per bag.
市営駐車場、バスターミナルが近く、交通至便でした。エギーユのロープウェイも徒歩５分くらいでした。また、フロントでのcomplimentaryなシャーベットもおいしかったです。朝食の種類、ボリュームも素晴らしかったです。部屋からもモンブランが見え、朝日に輝くモンブランや夕闇のモンブランを堪能できました。
夜遅くまでイベントがあり、かなりうるさかったです。
Restaurant and bar staff were great, as was the spa facility.
Premium was charged for a view room, which was over the patio bar and restaurant area, incredibly noisy. The first night there was actually a band until 11pm. Rest of time there was loud music until 11. If you're a late night party person, that's great.
Many things were broken in the room, which was pointed out to the front desk. They were of no help. The roo. Was also dirty. A lot for $500/night.

Everything was good. More food variety would have been good. Same menu both nights for food
Très bon séjour. Personnel très accueillant. Bon restaurant. Literie très confortable. Il manquait peut-être la climatisation dans les chambres. Nous reviendrons.

Πολυ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πολυ καλο πρωινό και καλη τοποθεσια. Υπαρχει δυνατότητα χρήσης εξωτερικής πισινας και spa
γενικα οι εγκαταστάσεις αν και ευρυχωρες, οι χωροι ειναι κάπως παλαιωμένοι. Το δωματιο πολυ μικρο, με 2 πολυ μικρα παραθυρακια - δεν ανταποκρινεται στα 360€ που πληρωσα. Επισης τα μπουρνουζια ηταν παρα πολυ φθαρμένα
There is a cocktail bar inside the hotel. At first, seems to be a beautiful place in which they prepare good cocktails. In reality, there are no classic cocktails, only special ones. One saturday night, at 22:00, they didn't want to serve me because they told me it was closed. There was 3 o 4 people drinking in the bar, and 3 tables outside finishing their meal.
In my opinion, a cocktail bar, in Chamonix, on Saturday could at least serve any drink till 23:00. I felt upset, not being served meanwhile there were many people just being served their drinks in the hotel. We are paying a 4 star hotel, not a refuge up in the mountain.

Nous avons apprécié la partie spa, très propre et agréable, ainsi que le restaurant où nous avons très bien mangé.
Beaucoup de rangements dans les chambres ce qui est appréciable.
La vue également est très belle.
- L’absence de Clim dans la chambre (ventilateur portable mais moins efficace)
- Les couleurs de l’hôtel « années 60/70 »

Restaurant wasn't booked despite request and confirmation. Reluctant to provide parking. Unhelpful staff.

The USB plugs in the room didn’t work but the regular ones did.
Nice by the pool, good staff
Small room, paid extra for balcony but was towards the road. Very warm room, no fan or aircondition. Expensive compared to what you get.
