Incredible views of mt Blanc, nice location, good hotel overall no hesitation to recommend it
Location was good. Rooms were clean. Staff went above and beyond. We had four rooms booked for a family group and they looked after us all. Pool was great and everyone enjoyed trying out the sauna and steam room as well.
Nothing. Everything was more than adequate
L'hôtel est bien situé, à 5 minutes du centre ville.
La piscine est parfaite par ces grandes chaleurs.
Le prix du petit déjeuner est un peu excessif, malgré le choix et la qualité des produits.
Le parking est également trop cher.
changement de chambres 2 fois , vmc bruyante dans la chambre. aucune vérification par le personnel que la 2eme chambre était ok , elle ne l'etait pas non plus
la 3 eme chambre était ok, (pas de bruit)
mais aucune excuse ou demande du personnel pour savoir si on a besoin d'aide pour le transfert des bagages
par ailleurs ménage incomplet (des chaussons trainaient encore sous le lit ) couloir menant aux chambres non aspiré depuis un certain temps
