La décoration et le personnel de la réception

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était très décevant : certains aliments semblaient avariés ou périmés, et la qualité générale de la nourriture était médiocre. Le service au restaurant n’était pas à la hauteur, avec des assiettes laissées longtemps sur les tables. De plus, certaines serveuses semblaient accorder davantage d’attention à certains clients, notamment des hommes, au détriment des autres.

La salle de bain était également en mauvais état, avec une ancienne baignoire abîmée et présentant des fissures. Enfin, l’insonorisation des chambres est très insuffisante : nous entendions clairement les autres clients dans leurs chambres, même lorsqu’ils toussaient.

Pros:

Якість мережі готелів підтримує рівень. Чисто. Весь персонал дуже привітний і йде на зустріч навіть коли не зобовʼязаний це робити. Гарний прохолодний бар з приємним дизайном.

Cons:

Готель вже не новий а ніщо не вічне…
