Lovely place to stay, the host was welcoming and helped us with all of our queries. Excellent value for money to have breakfast included too (with delicious, traditional Vietnamese coffee). Would recommend for a nice quiet place to stay a short walk from Sa Pa bus station.

I had an amazing stay here The place is beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The owner Van is incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. She helped us with everything we needed and made sure we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was also delicious! Her hospitality and kindness made our stay even more special. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay. Thank you Van for everything.❤️

The hostess was so lovely, she made us feel right at home from the moment we entered! Everything was good and clean, and there was even delicious breakfast included. The place is within walking distance of the town, it's very easy to get around.

A warm, homey feeling.

Chambre suffisamment grande. Très propre. Le petit déjeuner(banh mi + banane + café ou thé) était délicieux. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant le check-in et après le check-out. La personne qui s’occupe de la gestion est adorable et très disponible. J’ai fait faire une lessive, vêtements donnés le matin prêts l’après-midi(au tarif de 40k VND/kg). Retournés dans un très bon état, et qui sentait très bon.

Die Betreiberin stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Eine liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft, alles sehr sauber und stets Gastorientiert. Das Frühstück war immer lecker und liebevoll angerichtet.

A truly wonderful stay and incredible value for money

Cloud House is honestly one of the best-value homestays you could find in Sapa. The family is incredibly warm, kind, friendly, and helpful - they made me feel more like a guest in their home than a customer at a homestay.

I loved starting my mornings with their homemade breakfast and a cup of coffee. Everything felt authentic, and made with care.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had a lovely balcony with a beautiful mountain view.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful, authentic homestay with wonderful hosts and excellent value for money, I highly recommend Cloud House. I would happily stay here again ❤️

Auntie is very welcoming. She treat us not just a guest but more like a family. The free breakfast is delicious. We feel valued and taken care of. Till next time auntie!

the room was spacious with the bed being huge! everything was clean.

It honestly felt like I had left one home and arrived at another. This homestay gave me such a strong feeling of my home country, Suriname.

Every morning, I woke up to the sound of roosters crowing and the rain outside. It was such a familiar and comforting feeling. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was really good as well.

The house was very clean, and I loved the fact that you have to take your shoes off before entering, just like you would in your own home. That little detail made me feel even more at home.

The location was also very convenient. Sa Pa town and Sa Pa Station were not far away. I took a Grab bike to the centre, and one evening I even walked back to the homestay from the night market.

I truly loved my stay here. It was not just a place to stay, but genuinely felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Sa Pa❤️
