Excellent hotel, very happy we stayed, great value.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They helped us rent a scooter at a great price, and there is covered parking available for it. We arrived very early in the morning and were kindly allowed to check in before the official time, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is small, charming, and very cozy.

Cons:

If you are sensitive to noise, rooms facing the road may occasionally be affected by passing traffic. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi is convenient, though it could be slightly more stable and faster.

Homestay d’une propreté exemplaire ! La propriétaire est absolument adorable et nous a préparé de très bons petits déjeuners. Chambre très confortable

Die Besitzerin war super lieb. Als ich krank wurde, machte sie mir etwas zu essen und empfahl mir einen Arzt. Die Zimmer sind groß und für die Preis wirklich gut ausgestattet. Es gab immer kostenloses Wasser.

Hosts were very kind.

Very clean comfortable extra large bed.
Breakfast very nice- large banh mi and coffee included.
Great value for money.
Laundry 35,000 VND per kg same day service.

Cons:

Slightly out of main area but that meant it was peaceful.
