Great Location
Very BIG and Ample room size

Pros:

Our room was very clean, I like that you have flooring and no carpeting, everything in the room seemed to be very clean. The bathroom was very clean no bugs I woke in the middle of the night and there was no bugs lol, I always noticed that, the staff was very nice when I asked several questions and I needed a blanket and extra towels, I will surely be staying here again, very convenient location across the street from the beach.

No receipt emailed out on checkout, Go elsewhere if you need to expense
Pros:

Have to call to get a receipt for your stay if you need to expense your visit which is a waste of time and I still have not received it. It makes me think they are trying to hide hidden fees.

Beds were great we rested well, it could have been even better.
Pros:

Location, staff was friendly and welcoming, and beds were great

Cons:

Our safe was broken and not replaced, they did let me put stuff in the main safe, but I thought it should have been repaced by the 2nd day, it would have been more convenient to have our stuff in our room

The shower surround wall was loose and looked like it was seperating from the wall

The peep hole had toilet paper shoved in it,

Upon arrival the toilet wouldnt flush and the seat was broken off, they sent maintenance to repair, he did replace the seat, but it still took 3x flushing to even flush urine down. We gave up and just flushed 3x each bathroom visit.

On check in we were told that 50.00 a day would be held for incidentals and as security for the property. I don't think we could have done more damage to the room than was already present on arrival.

Good stay for my family vacation!
Pros:

The location was perfect! The beds were comfortable! Anytime I needed anything I called n they helped me.

Cons:

Not many breakfast options to choose from.

I would consider here again but not if the price was this expensive for one night!

The view and location

Cons:

The toilet had a water leak and every time you flushed water went all over the floor. We had to use a towel to keep it dry. Check in was 3 and we never got a room until 4:45. They need someone to watch the kids at the pool! They are very unruly and do not listen to the posted signs about jumping and diving into the pool. It was very crowded and unsafe for everyone. We had to leave. Breakfast was very limited and cold. You would think the hot items would be hot when u get them.

If staying in a hotel, I would do it again.
