Mediocre at best before I realized they charged me again after I’d already paid, now, never again

The location was good.

Cons:

They billed me on top of what I had already paid thru booking.com and now they won’t refund my money

Jessica was fabulous! We were there for my daughter’s birthday and every time she saw her she said “happy birthday girlie” or something along those lines. Other front desk staff was fabulous too! Clean place, would stay again. Bed was cozy and the pillows were so floooofy I loved it

Cons:

Most balconies face McDonald’s and Popeyes or the other hotel but This hotel sits further back than others. Can hear the waves but couldn’t see.

If I had to do it over again, I would have not chosen this hotel.

Cons:

My first room after checking in was not clean. Food + trash on the floor. No towels and the bed was not made. I complained and received another room which turned out to be worst than the first. My 3rd room was actually clean and had towels. I was also charged twice for my stay but I was told it would drop off. I will closely monitoring this.

It's like everything about the room. Staff was great. We had booked a room at the gaido and throughbooking.com and when we got there the pictures didn't match up to what was shown online the facility smelled had a musky moldy smell the ceiling tiles were Brown bathtub is not clean bed and stuff look clean we only stayed 10 minutes if that and took a loss did not get our money back from booking couldn't get a hold of anybody to get our money back since we booked through a third party. So. Went to the high at great price was actually cheaper room was clean great view of the ocean and air conditioning was great staff was great we'll stay there again no musky smell even though it's on the ocean but I understand yet this hotel top notch. Will always stay here
