I was met at receiption by Alison guest relation manager, i explianed my suitation about my flight being cancelled and is there any possibility of an earlier check in and a late check out and that i was happy to pay for them, and if it was possible to use the facilties before i could check in. Alison went above and beyond, gave me a later check out told me to come back in around 45minutes and she would check me into my room early. She booked me onto the hotel transport for the following day and checked my bags into the storage room. She then proceeded to show me towards the pool club area. Her customer service was expentional and she was extremly friendly, the following day she rememebered me by name and we had a chat around lunch time and before i departed for my coach she came over again to see how everything was. I cant say enough how good her service and that she actually cared about her customers, i think she is a real attribute to the company, due to meeting her i would come stay again and reccomened others to staying at this hotel. You need more people like Alison in this world, Max.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the staff service of Radisson. The hotel has a stunning atmosphere, and every detail reflects quality and comfort.

Our dining experience at Italian Job was equally impressive. The food was delicious, and the desserts were fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.
