Very disappointed.
Cons:

The room had too much dust as if the room was vacant for a while or they never clean the rooms. The rooms don't get cleaned properly the following day either. They don't vacuum or empty the bins or refill coffee or tissues.
It felt more like a 2 or 3 star motel. Very disappointed with the hotel, no hotels in a developing nation like Thailand have hotels with such old facilities and room conditions as in Mantra for the price you pay or what is considered a 4 star hotel.

Would not go again.
Pros:

Location views room was nice

Cons:

Stupid woman on promotions desk in foyer harassed us as we were trying to walk past to get to our room then proceeded to tell us how cold and crappy the weather is in NZ compared to GC (it was cold and windy in GC at the time)
Mantra also take a $200 bond so budget for that.

Foxtel TV start-stop-start at time

great location and views and good value.
Pros:

location was absolutely perfect, it was central to everything you could need. The view was wonderful.

Cons:

Bathroom needed freshener - toilet was smelly on arrival and bath had multiple body hairs (long & short). I had to rinse bath before use.

Amazing place to stay with breathtaking view.
Pros:

The cleanliness of the room was above expectation. The hotel have a amazing view and location. The hotel organisational structure and plan is really good for guests.

Cons:

The outdoor furniture, if it can be replaced. And more warm blanket.

Pros:

Location was good, very close to beach, however no see view.
My room was not on the very to floor, however, I can see the city view which was good.
Some how, this booking .com forgot to include the breakfast, although while searching i put two priority to include breakfast and parking both were not include on my booking, overall I am happy with hotel, but not happy with booking .com for miss leading the advertisement and not providing clear information.

Cons:

I like overall experience. In such a low price I had a fantastic holiday.
However, I was happy to pay more and include parking and breakfast on my booking, furthermore,
There was two bed for us, I wish i wound know before check in in the room, I was travelling with my baby, we would plan accordingly.

Accessibility and Close to the beach
Pros:

Accessibility to the trams, nice views and a really comfortable bed

Cons:

No milk provided, no shampoo or body wash along with no face cloths. The shower was extremely dangerous to get out over the bath as there is no rail and the bath mat slips on the floor. Fan in the bathroom didn’t work! Also couldn’t turn aircon down so room was hot and if you opened the slider door you were faced with construction noise! Wonky outside table & coffee table!
